The music was good and there is a slide so you can slide into the dance floor. I was having a great time until I got my phone stolen. It was Erasmus night so it's perfect for thieves, they like to take advantage of foreigners. It is Paris so you have to be careful anywhere I guess. Just sharing my experience. read more

As a preface, I'm an American (Texan) who was studying abroad in Paris over the summer. I LOVE LE MIX. All of my friends who came with me (guys and girls) LOVE Le Mix. We went on 5 different Thursdays - and had a blast each time. It's an international club so you can get these flag stickers showing which country you're from....yes, most people lie and pick a way cooler country, but it's in the spirit of things! The music has a lot of variety. Top 40, latino, random europe stuff - all of it has a fast beat though. It's definitely a dance club on Thursdays so if you're into house music or trance, this place is not for you. I have never been to a club where I liked music THIS much ANYWHERE in the world. That's saying something. The drinks are pricey - but they are the cheapest in any club we found. 8 euro liquor drinks, 5 euro beer, and 3 euro shots (we obvs only got shots ha). The reason I dock a star is because the bartenders had some serious euro-tude! We asked for water and he asked for 5 euro. That's a little much. Great music and atmosfeer, free entrance before midnight thereafter you have to paid 10€. A nice dance floor and chilling places opposite it. Dj are pretty good... This is a place to be when you visit Paris. . The price range isn't stable but it won't be very expensive. read more

Found this club close my hotel. The atmosphere is amazing. They played hip hop & rap, and overall it was a good experience . It cost 15€ to get in without a drink ticket & 20€ w/ a drink ticket. The drinks are weak/ overpriced but that's to be expected. There are steep stairs to get into the club so beware of that all my heel wearing ladies. There's this sketchy bouncer who makes you take off your coat to pay to check it in so be prepared to pay that fee. Besides dude taking his job so seriously and snatching people up by their coats it was pretty fun. You can rent a hookah and there is plenty of sitting room. read more

It's not in the middle of town so it might be a bit hard to find, but it's definitely worth the trip. It's got multiple levels and an VIP area directly facing the stage. They also have a smoking room so you don't have to go outside in the cold in order to smoke. They have various themes for different nights so it's best to check the website before visiting. read more

i came here 4-5 times during my stay in paris. it is annoying to have to check your coat and bag and then pay for it, but we had no problems getting in after we reserved online. drinks were sort of expensive but the music was good. overall solid experience. read more

Im an American studying abroad in Paris from Dallas and let me tell you, the music here is really bad. Its like techno or edm and when they choose to play a song its like the worst choices. The venue is really cool and the price is reasonable and the employees are nice but the music really ruins it for me. I have been to Mix club about 5 times, so this review is worth your read. Atmosphere: Run of the mill. Just what you'd expect, without anything attractive: Big dance floor, loud and not particularly good music. There are a few boxes on the dance floor, but little if any room to sit down. There is nowhere quiet to talk. Bathrooms are ok. Drinks: Normal Parisian price, aka expensive. 8 euros for a shot, about. Bouncers: TERRIBLE. There is a 30% chance that you will not be allowed into the club on grounds that you appear drunk, tired, or out of line. Even on Erasmus student nights. The bouncers are all short men with Napoleon complexes and a few scary German shepherds. They throw out women without a second thought. No manners, no tact, just brutes. Music: I've heard better. Nothing new, nothing original. They recycle the music "mix" week after week. There is no DJ. Rather, there is a man at a laptop who presses play on a pre-mixed set. Coat check: 2 euros, obligatory if you have an item to check. VERDICT: Even if you go on a free night, your time is better spent at almost any other club. So many of my friends have had night-ruining problems with the bouncers at this place that it is not worth your time to attempt to get in. Go elsewhere at Montparnasse, or better yet, just go to the Canal St. Martin and have yourself a good night. Mix is not the right place for a fun night because of its lack of reliability and its very bland music and atmosphere. read more

Best club I've been to so far in europe!! Definitely great music a mix of popular american artists songs and some french songs later in the night! This is definitely a must coming to Paris, my friends and I got in for free because I we are students. However I did speak in french with the doorman so maybe that helped us? If anything the cover charge is 10 euros which isnt bad for a great club read more

I'm an American student studying abroad in Strasbourg, and for my 21st birthday weekend my friends and I decided to go to Paris. One night, we arrived at Mix and waited in line, where we got past the first bouncer. However, the second one was truly a deplorable human being. He immediately refused let us in, but not once did he give us a reason, despite my repeated demands for one. When I began to argue with him (in French), he simply replied that we "did not have the right to come in." Upon offering to show him my visa AND explaining to him that this makes me a temporary French citizen (i.e. gives me all the same rights as a regular French person) he wouldn't hear anything of it. After arguing with him for about 10 minutes, we decided it wasn't worth it and went to another club. It is also important to note that in the group of French kids in front of us, two out of the four people were speaking English with us while waiting in line. When it came time for them to go up, he let the two in who only spoke French, and denied the two who spoke English. Just another horror story about the "world renowned" French customer service for you. If you're an English-speaker, do not even try to get into this club. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB. They will make women check their costs while the will not ask men to do so. They want women to wear less clothing so they are showing more skin. Their cover is ridiculously expensive. Do not listen to the good reviews, the bouncers will make you check your coats for 3€, while they won't ask this of men. The drinks are still no less than 10€ after cover. Find somewhere better to spend your weekend. read more

Erasmus Party I went there on a Thursday night and you get in for free if you are a foreign student with a French student ID. At 23:30 you can get in easily, but if you wait too long the queue will grow quickly. They hand out stickers with the name of your country on it, if you like. Drinks are priced from 5 Euros on Thursdays for beer or soft. The design is really cool, especially the DJ stage. Ideal for a good party night amongst friends during the week. read more

My girlfriends and I went to the Erasmus night last night and did NOT have a good experience. The guys were incredibly creepy; I felt like we were prey and they were predators. One guy kept following us around even when we told him to go away, another guy got up in my face when I pulled my friend away from him and he wouldn't go away and I had to push him, and another guy reached up my friend's skirt and grabbed her ass. The only positive I can say is that the music was good, but it's too loud and the smoke near the stage makes it hard to breathe or see. Also, 15 euros to get in on regular nights is WAY too much; at the very least it should include a drink. I am never coming back here again. read more

The club is fun, good international crowd, but the people who work there are terrible. I really mean the worst types of people. First off, I gave the coat check a 20 euro bill to pay for the 2 euro fee and he gave me back 3 euro. I told him I gave him a 20, and he immediately got angry and started to call me a liar. We argued for a few minutes, then I let it go, angry that the guy stole 15 euro from me. As I'm leaving the club, I go to the coat check to get my coat, and it's gone. I searched everywhere for it. The people let me search through the coat room, and when I couldn't find it, the bouncer came in and started to push me and tell me it was my problem and not the clubs. So I got robbed 15 euro and my coat, and also got robbed paying 10 euro for watered down drinks. Mix Club, you owe me a coat, a drink, and 15 euro. read more

This club is horrible!!! I went there on a Thursday for one of their Erasmus parties. In the beginning, it was okay. It was not too crowded. Then, at one point, they let in too many people and actually, at the same time the VIP area, which was half the club, was quite empty! The music was awful and I was just happy to go home. But then the real fun started. I picked up my jacket and something was missing. Actually, this never happened to me before, although I went partying in many different countries around the world: USA, Peru, Mexico, Mozambique, Germany, Spain, France, etc. Of course, this can occur when you consider the entire jackets they have to take care of, but the way this club treated me afterwards cannot be considered as customer service. In the end, I never got back my jacket and I can really advice everybody to watch out. I learned my lesson for real: Never again MIX Club and just one jacket when you go to a club... does not matter how cold it is outside ;) read more
