    Hold Your Horses band

Thanks Yelp. As an American visiting France for the first time, I was pleased I was able to visit this place. The bartender was nice, and the live band called Hold Your Hourses was cool too. Its not one of the best bars I've been to but it was nice (however it was a Wednesday night). If you're in your 20s and like the Williamsburg, NY atmosphere definitley check this place out!

Live music in stuffy basement and expensive drinks... Still like the raw feel of this place

The cocktails are very fun, and they even have a few beers here if that's your thing. The servers speak fluent English, and it is popular with foreigners, but it's not a tourist trap by any means.

A friend recommended this place and Paris and the vibes are alluding, mysterious, and sexy. I found…read morea new drink I love I will try to make at home! So the little red door has a cute red door but the bouncer lets you in through another door (novelty observed haha). The man takes your jacket and umbrella (what a gentleman!) and sat us on the second floor. While the space between the couch and the seats were rather small, we were able to manage. I got the permaculture and resilience. The resilience is a club favorite and my favorite too! The way the sorghum, pineapple sage (syrup), pasquet cognac, and savanna rum all tied together was a blessing. I was going to get a third but I was tipsy by my second drink. My first drink was the permaculture and while I was considered it would be strong, it didn't seem strong to me. I love clarified dairy in alcohol so this was a win in my book. It consists of chestnut, butter, wakaze umeshu, avallen Calvados. The bar let's you stay for an hour but if you sit elsewhere, you can stay as long as you want. 5 stars and I hope to come back someday!
