I am not sure what happened with R Web's situation, but this is not the Mitch Archery shop I have done business with for many years. I have had nothing but great service and advise from Mitch. He has always stood behind every product I have bought from him including bows, sights, arrows,strings, tune ups, and many more things. I just purchased my 7th bow from Mitch and I will shop no where else. Sets them up great, tunes arrows and very reasonable prices. Not sure what happened with the exploding bow, but I can say this don't sound like Mitch and he has fixed bows that I purchased from him when it has been my fault and charged me nothing. His response is the service is what keeps us coming back! read more

STOP!!! Please read this before you do any business with Mitch''s Archery! THIS SHOP IS RUNNING A SCAM!!! With archery season coming back up i only feel that it is fair to warn anyone in the market for a bow about this shop. I purchased a "New" Matthews bow from Mitch's archery a few months back and my second time having this bow out still sighting it in the bow exploded on me which I later found out was due to an existing crack in the lower limb of this bow. When i contacted Matthews and Mitch's about this issue to get a warranty repair completed I was informed this bow i purchased was in fact not a new bow but a previously owned model which had been registered for warranty by a friend of theres therefore voiding the lifetime warranty on my 2 week old bow that cost me nearly $900!!! As you can imagine this put me in quite a bind when i ask about simply purchasing the new limbs they insisted they would not help me out and eventually quoted me $450 for parts and labor. At which time i took my business elsewhere to a shop in Douglasville which treated me extremely fairly no skin in the game and they did the work same day parts and labor for $90 less than a quarter of the cost the shop that RIPPED ME OFF wanted to charge me! So again fair warning to anyone in the market don't fall victim to the Scam artist at Mitch's Archery after talking around i have learned i am not the first to have this exact same thing happen when dealing with this shop, wish i would have done my research before wasting over $1,000 on this whole ordeal. I just hope this review saves some of you the headache and costly mistake that i made. read more

Re. Sole elliptical machine ordered from store 301 in Canton, GA…read more Paid for delivery and assembly. Elliptical machine was not assembled correctly: 1) Handles were installed upside down. 2) Power cable was run underneath machine instead of through the frame and will become worn with use as the machine is actually resting on top of the cable. 3) This incorrectly installed cable also makes the machine base unstable and renders the machine unusable due to the instability. 4) Rear panel was not attached and fell off on first use. 5) Parts fell off on first use. 6) The adjusting feet on the bottom of the frame are missing, so the frame actually rests on the ground rather than on the feet it was supposed to rest on. 7) Re. the point about the adjusting feet, there were no spare or loose parts left by the assemblers, so I must assume that they took any leftover parts with them to cover up their incompetence. After paying over $1000 for a machine and additional fees for assembly, this is not acceptable. The Assembly personnel were incompetent, resulting in these issues and the unusable condition of the machine. The two assembly personnel arrived at 5PM and spent 4 hours incorrectly assembling the machine, leaving shortly after 9PM. That said, I would advise people to steer clear of Dick's incompetent assemblers and pass on the offer of equipment assembly when purchasing equipment from this retailer. Assemble it yourself and avoid the headaches and being left with a machine that is not usable. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered assembled equipment and it was delivered unassembled to the house. Most retailers have staff dedicated to the assembly of items, which are assembled in the store and delivered to the house in an assembled state. This deficient approach to the assembly of customer's orders baffles me. EDIT 11 Feb 2025: We have been in contact with both Dick's Sporting Goods customer service and Sole Fitness warranty service but this issue still has not been resolved. We are still stuck with an unusable elliptical machine.

I found Gunsmoke and started going in there with a few guns every Thursday, as it is Ladies Day. We shoot for free, lane wise. Zack and Bill are the most knowledgeable men I have met regarding how to shoot each gun. They are extremely patient and educational. I have loved going each week with a new gun. Until the last few months!!!! The range is like being at HotWorx sauna. It was 91 degrees in there yesterday with one fan and no working air conditioner. This has been going on for a few months now. The owners have yet to do anything to repair/replace the AC. I have been spending between $50 and $100 a week on ammo etc. But yesterday it was sooo hot I bought a target...shot a few rounds and was sweating so bad I had to leave. I love the employees but seems the owner isn't that interested in taking care of the building or patrons. SOOOOO before you go to shoot, call for the range temperature.

A young woman calmly pointed out that they were selling hate memorabilia from World War II, and instead of showing even a shred of responsibility or decency, the owners brushed her off and practically shoved her out the door. They didn't care. Not one bit. They stood there defending the garbage they were selling -- fake propaganda rooted in racism and violence -- as if it was no big deal. It is a big deal. It's hateful, it's offensive, and it's a slap in the face to anyone who has served or had family who served in that war. How on earth are we still living in a country where a business can openly profit from hate and pretend it's harmless? Shame on this store, shame on the owners, and shame on anyone who thinks selling racist, hateful items is acceptable in 2026.
