Traded our bike for a trike . Let the fun time roll on now

Well we just bought our third hd from Mitchell's . The sales and parts and service are very knowledgeable on what they sell and parts and services. We traded my 2016 in for a trike and the offer were good , This why I buy my bikes here . Come and see for yourself.

My '09 Street Glide named "Lupe" (or Guadalupe when she's in trouble) ... She's a big girl

The supervisor in the repair shop went above and beyond to find the root problem and actually give me good insight on using my clutch - he owns his work - is in touch with all of his mechanics work and really takes pride and cares about the quality of his work and the shops reputation. It's a great service and parts team there.

Stains from mounting fluid. A lot of elbow grease to remove.

I've been in here a few times, front girls are nice. Parts dept is usually cool and try to be helpful. Last week i took the front wheel off my custom build to mitchells for a new tire which i provided. Its a billet aluminum wheel, polished etc, about $1,200 wheel. When i picked it up it was covered in stains and grease. I put it up on the counter and tried rubbing some of the stains with a soft towel i that i brought with me. They didnt change at all. I asked the service dept manager Sam about it. He said his chemicals dont cause stains. Lol well obviously they do i said. Also theres a big ding from a wrench near the valve stem. Both were denied. As i explained i went over the entire wheel before leaving it, they accepted no responsibilty. In fact it seemed they were enjoying my frustration. Fortunately i was able to remove the stains at home with some good polish. The ding in the wheel i suppose ill have to live with. Well it doesn't end there. When i mounted the wheel tonite, i give it a spin and its bent to hell. Billet aluminum wheel, bent from mounting a tire. I cant post video here or i wud show the bend in the wheel. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE for service. They dont give a crap about ur bike. Go ANYWHERE else! These guys are a disgrace to motorcycles everywhere. Oh, btw the manager Sam started dropping F bombs on me at the counter. And this guy was dumb as a rock. He had no idea what to do or say to a customer with questions. Please!! Stay away from here if u respect ur ride.

Purchase receipt proving the owner is Piece of S**T liar.

So now this retard owner wants to chime in months later making up lies. Here is a receipt of the original purchase and product was brought back in unworn in its original packaging with tags within a week. Go ahead and post the video of me being rude to your staff if you are an honest person. Why would anyone want to wear shoes that do not fit perfectly while riding? If the owner lies and cheats customers over less than 150 bucks, imagine what this asshole does to people who actually buy bikes from them?? On another note, I don't think anyone buys anything from these idiots given their demeanor and lack of any kind of customer service. I also brought a cvo road glide for a minor recall at the same time to their service dept who ended up scratching the top of the tank after they put a heavy tool mat on it. I bet this asshole owner had no clue what i was in for and why i even stepped inside the building. No common sense there either. Through and through this dealership is full of idiots and no wonder it started at the top with its dimwit owner. I hope harley corporation takes a note of this lying, cheating and dishonest owner and disassociates their brand from him.

I got into motorcycles 15 or so years ago when I had an old metric bike for a few years. After being away for so long (and also never owning a Harley) I was a little intimidated and worried about a bike that was 200+ pounds heavier than what I had years prior. After obsessing for over a week on a used Softail Slim at Mitchell's, I finally decided to pull the trigger. From the moment I walked in to the time I rode off on my new Harley, I was treated with respect. Even when I was apprehensive about taking a test ride there was no pressure. Braelynn was awesome and easy to deal with. I appreciate her professionalism and no pressure attitude. After I signed the deal, she took showed me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees in parts and service departments. Subsequent visits where equally pleasant with everyone being friendly and helpful. When they say you're part of the family, they mean it. If you're in the market and new-ish to motorcycling, I can recommend this shop.

Picked up a new bike the other day. Thanks to Pedro for helping us out. Pretty straight forward guy. Go see Pedro for a new 2020.

Got my bike the other day. No hassle. Go see Pedro. He is the man you want to see to get that new harley. My experience was great with him. I recommend seeing him.

    Truthful Shopper A.

Just received this message from someone named Steve R. Again, buyers beware. Don't shop here for your Harley.. Here's what he wrote "You should change your name from "Truthful Shopper" to "Broke shopper." It is unbelievable to Harass businesses to put up a negative review If you don't get your price. It is funny as well how you come to our Harley Davidson dealership with your review. Stay to fast food joints and 99 cents store where you can guarantee an honest 5 star review, those places will be within your price range and annual income salary. From your friends at Harley Davidson. " Everyone Check out Jamestown Harley , where I bought mine.

I went to check out they're bikes and they had a great selection, Skully was the salesman that helped me buy my first bike, he was great help with the bank too, went above and beyond to help me out, would definitely come back when I'm ready to upgrade. Thanks Skully for all the help.

He spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions, helping me understand the process, and putting a deal together. As a new rider, I appreciated the effort he put in. The problem wasn't the salesperson. The problem was management. I was purchasing a motorcycle along with roughly $2,000 in riding gear. At some point during the process, there was a misunderstanding regarding a pair of boots that I believed were included in the deal. When I discovered they were not, I wasn't asking for the motorcycle price to be lowered. I wasn't negotiating freight, setup fees, or other dealer charges. In fact, I agreed to buy the motorcycle at the advertised price. I simply tried to find a reasonable solution to a misunderstanding that occurred during the sales process. When I spoke with GSM Joe O, I suggested multiple compromises, including splitting the difference. Instead of working toward a solution, Joe interrupted me saying I was "talking in circles" and made it clear he wasn't willing to do anything further. He was not willing to do anything to try and make the deal right. I'll own my part. After that conversation, I told Cody via the messaging system that I thought Joe had been rude and was acting like D. Was that the most professional wording? No. But it was an honest reaction to how I felt I had been treated. What happened next is what shocked me. After weeks of communication, countless conversations, and a customer who was ready to buy, I was informed by Joe that he no longer wanted my business. Despite his salesperson reaching out that day to button up the deal.... My wife had approved the purchase, the down payment was ready, and the only remaining question I had was regarding delivery. The deal was done. See text attached. I never shopped this deal around. I trusted the dealership, worked exclusively with them for weeks, and was prepared to move forward. What makes this so disappointing is that it appears the transaction wasn't canceled because of price, financing, or an unreasonable request. It appears it was canceled because I expressed an unfavorable opinion about the GSM Joe. If that's the case, then management allowed personal feelings to override common sense. A sale was lost. A salesperson lost a commission after investing weeks of effort. The dealership lost revenue. And a customer who was ready to buy walked away. Strong leaders can handle criticism. Strong leaders separate their feelings from business decisions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Today I'll be driving to the Bay Area to purchase a motorcycle that Elk Grove Powersports could have sold. That fact alone tells the story better than I ever could.

Before contacting Ol Skool & LS Motorsports, I previously contacted several other shops in which I was told they didn't want to take on the work for a Harley Sportser, which was pretty frustrating. Lawrence, the owner, was willing to take it on--and I'm really glad he did. He replaced the rocker box top seals and push rod gaskets, rebuilt and tuned the carburetor to match my exhaust and S&S intake, and re-gasketed the air intake system. He also tracked down and fixed both an oil leak and a separate gas leak from the carburetor. Since getting the bike back, it's been running great. What stood out most to me was how easy Lawrence was to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His pricing was very fair too, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. If you've got a bike that other shops won't touch or can't figure out, I'd definitely recommend Ol Skool & LS Motorsports. Lawrence knows his stuff and takes care of his customers. I'll be going back for any future work. - G
