Marked up aluminum rims, put tire facing wrong direction. I had to return to have tire mounted…read morecorrectly. Excessive amounts of weights on nice rims, didnt have spoke weights that would fit. He said he marked rims with arrows showing which direction old tires were rotating (I had done that prior to dropping off). I explained before anything was done that brake disk and chain were on left side of bike, with this info you can determine rotation. He said old front tire was facing wrong direction, if this was true (it wasn't) it shouldn't matter since i explained that the brake disc and chain were on left side. He doesn't seem to know much about tire balancing or install, since I had him place red dot on tire closer to valve stem, this removed 1/2 oz of weights. He tried to offer me a discount but me never returning will save me more money in the end. I tried to give this small business a chance but I cannot recommend when so many mistakes were made.

We now noticed he added could be May before pick up to the estimate they handed up upon pick up. After constant calling and seeing if the bike was done, we got it back in April. We had to return it back to the shop due to missing parts and still leaking oil. A month later got the bike back again and still missing parts and still leaking oil. My husband's custom air breather cover is gone. My husband's custom dip stick was replaced with a cheap one. I was told his was broken. I requested the old one to see it and still to this day they cannot find it. We took the bike to another shop and definitely missing parts and not running right. We paid him $2800 cash for a messed up bike with now missing parts. The bike is not parked and not rideable.

Wanting to get back to riding after multiple back surgeries I saw a used trike within my price…read morerange $16,995 and noticed the price was $1,337 over what the advertised price was. I was told the additional charge was because they changed the tires and serviced the trike. I went to try a test ride and had problems with shifting and rear braking due to lower limb issues. I was told by Dan that there are modifications that can be done that would help me get back on the road. I asked for a price of the upgrades installed. 3 days later I got a text saying they can get the modifications I needed and if I wanted to do it, but no price. I said yes but how much and never got a response. I called the service dept. 2 days later to find out the cost, was on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I called Dan back almost 2 weeks later and told him I never got the price for the upgrades and was told he was working on it and would get back to me asap. Then Dan text me again and asked if I wanted the trike because 2 other people are checking it out. I told Dan I still haven't received the final price for the trike with the upgrades yet. Dan said the owner Mike was working up the price. Then Dan texts me again and said Mike told him the 2 upgrades and stereo installation are not available so they can't sell me the trike that I never received a final price on. II told Dan that's funny because his service dept already reached out to me saying it is available but got no price. I told Dan I was tired of the games and to sell the trike to the other 2 people because I won't do business with them and I will look elsewhere. This would have been my first Harley but am I disappointed, you bet I am. I won't go back.
