He came out to assess what needed to be done, and explained the process so we understood why it wasn't going to be cheap and easy. Within a day, he provided a formal quote, which was very specific in scope down to grade of wiring, and was able to e-sign and start. Because the contract / scope of work was very clear we were easily able to upgrade to better wiring easily. (Aside: other company provided me a quote, it detailed what work they weren't responsible for, what they were doing in general but no specific materials. When I communicated with them about changing or expanding the scope, it was only with difficulty and no explanation of cost increase. It felt like they didn't really want to do this project.) Regarding the work done -- everyone showed up on time, and each person was pleasant to have in our home. They worked as a team, with good communication. Professional and friendly. Everett also pulled the permit and scheduled inspection. Things went smoothly. Overall great experience!

He confirmed the outlet was indeed getting power, and that the box needed to be adjusted. It was a quick 30 minute fix (maybe less than 30 minutes but I got some educational incite from him). Glad I went with Hagan Electric to fix this. A previous electrician from Mister Sparky Electric claimed the outlet needed to be rewired and was not getting any electricity. The Mister Sparky Electric guy charged $400 to tell my HOA: "Resident has square D panel which complies with today's standards. No need to change panel." All he did was look at the panel that day. Maybe 15 minutes to say what kind of panel it was and charged $400. Anyways- beware of going to certain companies to have electrical work done. Hagan Electric seems like a good one. He was very professional and very personable. I don't usually bother any hires with small talk, but Nick was warm and friendly, and we talked about Lincoln and what a great place this city is. Nick worked quickly and hung our new fixture. It is beautiful. I probably could've done this myself as I have hung numerous lights in my time, but this one had me concerned, well worth the money we spent. Highly recommend Springtown Electric.

The work itself was excellent, and he clearly knows his stuff. I love that he made excellent recommendations for products. He also let me know when the products I chose weren't compatible with my situation (e.g. the original porch lights I chose weren't hardwire, and they should have been). It's hard to find someone who's both skilled and genuinely trustworthy, but he's definitely that. I'll be calling him again for any future electrical work and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I wish I had better/more pictures, but maybe I will load more later.
