Like the kind of person you wished was your long-time, next door neighbor. When he quoted me a price, it sounded so reasonable, considering how much repair work needed doing, and the substantial amount of additional work Reliable Roofers were going to include in their price, i decided why not get an estimate for the whole roof. The estimate was extremely reasonable, so i've just signed a contract with Reliable Roofers today. The new appointment was for the next week. When the day came, NO SHOW. I called and the lady told me that their other estimator was in Florida and asked to reschedule again. I said no thank you. How can they not even get estimations scheduled right. It's your first impression with the customer. Also, if someone is dealing with a basement flooding issue, this is not the kind of response you'd want to deal with. Do not recommend.

Flooding immediately from the garage door. They refuse to fix it because Anne Arundel County installed the grate in front of the garage door, with a drain pipe leading to a sump pump just inside the garage. After 6 years of floods, I finally recognized the problem: Action had removed the drain pipe and replaced it with drain tile that cannot handle heavier rains, causing the grate to overflow and flood the garage. Action never documented their visits, so this summer I tried something different: I made an appointment saying I had additional work, not warranty work, done. When the inspector showed up, I let HIM identify the problem, pointing out the issue was the drain tile that replaced the County's pipe can't handle the load. The inspector then refused to honor the warranty--again--but offered to have an Action foreman and crew come out and "fix my problem" for $1,000 cash. Still nothing in writing. Wondering how "corporate" was implicated (was this unofficial policy--avoiding honoring Lifetime Guarantees, potentially saving tens of thousands in repeat work?, or would the owners be upset that its employees were performing unpermitted and unauthorized work for untaxed income?). I received a text with the name of the foreman coming on the weekend and waited. They arrived in company trucks and uniforms. I took pictures and told them to leave. I went to the police station and tried to file a complaint but they said to report it to the MHIC first. I did and, again, waited. Today, the MHIC rejected the complaint as being 3 years past the original work. Time to file that police complaint and hire an attorney. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The next week I called several times on different days but no one picked up. I eventually put in a request on their website to see if they would respond via email, but got no response. Called twice today; same result. I put in a request on Yelp and it was immediately responded to stating unable to service. I'm not sure what is going on but I will move on to a different company. Since they did not show up for the appointment, no estimate or work was provided/done.

Took care of a lot of things besides the roof like installation of skylights that aren't flat and conducive to water/dirt stains, pull out direct TV' Sat's, seal up cap of unused original chimney. Price was fair and work was completed to satisfaction next two working days. Enjoyed working with them and they did a really nice thorough job. No need to worry about this roof for another 20+ years. The current roof was not leaking anywhere, best to stay ahead of leaks in my opinion.

Companies wanted $5.400 just to run a line of asphalt in from the road. We called Superior and they were going to widen the area so it covered the existing cracking apron. Their estimate? $4,800. Then my wife decided she wanted to get rid of the old framed out paver bricks that ran in front of our front steps and around the side of the house where our garbage cans stayed (pavers were sinking inside the frame, it looked bad, and were a trip hazard). Do I called them again for another estimate to include that area. Two days later I had an adjusted estimate to include all the paver area. The new estimate $5,050. Only $250 more than the original and it was still well below the other companies quote for just a single lane driveway. They came out and did the work and it looked great. My wife, however, with her OCD, wanted a more rounded edge than what our old paver area had. So Superior put down more asphalt until the edges were straight and even with the rest of the area. I thought this would bring the total cost to equal of what the competitors quoted. No, they don't even charge for the extra work. They just wanted us happy. We are and would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone who asks.
