The next day, as my wife was pulling in, the truck we were looking at was being parked by another couple interested as well. There was also another interested customer earlier that day, apparently waited to hit the bank to buy the truck. Albany Quality Cars had told both parties they had to wait on my wife to make a decision. In short, this dealership has integrity and morals that I can't say I have seen in all my car buying years. It was very admirable. I did not get a chance to meet them in person, but they were the nicest people over the phone and so helpful. My wife enjoyed her experience so much she wants to buy our next car from them in the near future! WE LOVE THE TRUCK!

He laughed right after in my face barely paying attention to anything I was saying and said " the black building by the road is gonna cost you about 10 thousand dollars".( maybe was a 10x 10) idk but it was way smaller than a 10x20) After the rude comment he made to me I said okay, for that tiny building? And he said yes. I got back in my car and went to STOREMOR down the road by the fire work store and got a building that day that was way bigger brand new 10 x 20 with windows for 4 thousand and change. This guy will rip you off in a heart beat. I definitely think this was the worst experience I've ever had. I'd recommend going anywhere else but here for any needs!!!

I rented a uhaul and an auto-transporter at…read moresportmans feed who rented me a damaged transporter as well as a uhaul that should not have been rented out. The next day after loading the truck we went to go load the auto transporter when we found that the tire strap was cut short... therefore unusable (that was the first noticeable thing wrong there was many other things wrong). Sportmans feed told me they did not have any more and sent me to jimmy. Jimmy inspected both the transporter and uhaul and told me they should have never been rented out and they were never inspected. Jimmy spent hours helping me get a new Uhaul as there is a nationwide shortage and helped me find out how to get moving help to unload and re load a new uhaul. Jimmy went above and beyond even though he made zero profit. He inspects all of his Uhaul's and transporters. If you live near or in Moultrie ONLY use him. The Uhaul we had was leaking oil and should have never been rented. After being there for an hour he went back to the truck so we could take pictures of mileage for uhaul and the check engine light was on. If we drive off with that Uhaul we would have ended up in an accident on the side of the highway. Do your self a favor and only rent from Jimmy!!! I spent a whole day trying to rectify the situation so I could move up to NY to start my residency training. Jimmy was great and I'm so glad I stopped at his location otherwise I would have been on the side of a highway!

It wasn't safe to be driving. My car has not been driven since March and has been in the shop since April. Do you think Finnicum has tried to do anything at all....4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks........After 10 weeks in the shop I texted and told Tony I was going to get an attorney before there was even any traction. Then all of a sudden finnicum was willing to buy it back, but at what they were offering it was a no deal. I am still waiting on my car today. It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. A cheap old used car lot, that what finnicum is and a handshake means you got screwed. Trust me, the cars look shiny and pretty but if you get a bad car or a lemon like in my case, it's a freaking nightmare.

We so amazed by the quick service! The cost of repair was also very reasonable. We didn't feel as though we were being taken advantage of at all. In fact, it cost more to tow the truck than to repair it!
