He politely corrected them, but they continued talking about him and I being together which just annoyed him but he kept quiet. He went in on Sunday 07/26/2026 while we are on our annual vacation, and unfortunately it ended up being the worst massage he's ever had. He's an incredibly easygoing person who never complains, so for him to come home this upset says a lot. He doesn't complain, but I have zero problem saying something. When he arrived, he was left sitting alone in the massage room for about 20 minutes before the therapist came in. During the massage, the therapist left the room around five different times. Before the session started, he specifically explained that he had a recent wasp sting and asked them to avoid that area because he had an allergic reactions few days prior and it was itchy. They completely ignored his request. The massage itself was terrible. The pressure was extremely light, barely enough to even feel like a massage. The most disturbing part was that the therapist repeatedly offered him a "happy ending" and asked multiple times if he wanted a hand job. He clearly and politely said, "No, thank you," every single time, but the offers continued. When the massage was over, he left a cash tip in the room and went to leave. The manager stopped him, insisted he hadn't paid, and demanded a receipt. He explained that he had paid but wasn't given a receipt and that his payment should be the most recent one. The manager then demanded a tip. He explained that he had already left a cash tip in the room. She made him stand there while she went to check, then came back and simply said, "Okay, you go now." From the rude staff, poor-quality massage, ignoring a health concern, repeated solicitation of sexual services, and the way he was treated at the end, this was an incredibly unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this business. There are things that need to be fixed. I hope it all gets sorted.

I met Jennifer in 2000 where she donated her time for a fundraising event. I told her I was about to start a migraine, and she asked if I would be willing to allow her to try and keep it from taking hold. OH PLEASE! I have to crawl into a dark, quiet, smell-free place and sleep in order to survive my migraines, and I did not know how I could do that in the middle of a spa oriented fundraising event! She carefully placed me on her seated massage chair and began the most gentle and effective treatment I have ever encountered. No drugs, no dark room - and best of all - no headache!!!!! Needless to say, 13 years later, Jennifer is my therapist of choice. She's dealt with every other ache from daily survival, a motorcycle crash, or just my need to walk out of her little studio feeling like Jello and without a care in the world. She really understands physiology and her approach is truly therapeutic, which sometimes means not comfortable, like when she is really working out the adhesions and kinks. But it's the kind of massage that gives you lasting results, week after week. It's not a spa experience, but that's not to say that the location leaves anything lacking. It's always clean and warm and comfortable and I love that she uses an adjustable table to maximize what she can do for her clients (the table goes higher or lower and other variations).
