He politely corrected them, but they continued talking about him and I being together which just annoyed him but he kept quiet. He went in on Sunday 07/26/2026 while we are on our annual vacation, and unfortunately it ended up being the worst massage he's ever had. He's an incredibly easygoing person who never complains, so for him to come home this upset says a lot. He doesn't complain, but I have zero problem saying something. When he arrived, he was left sitting alone in the massage room for about 20 minutes before the therapist came in. During the massage, the therapist left the room around five different times. Before the session started, he specifically explained that he had a recent wasp sting and asked them to avoid that area because he had an allergic reactions few days prior and it was itchy. They completely ignored his request. The massage itself was terrible. The pressure was extremely light, barely enough to even feel like a massage. The most disturbing part was that the therapist repeatedly offered him a "happy ending" and asked multiple times if he wanted a hand job. He clearly and politely said, "No, thank you," every single time, but the offers continued. When the massage was over, he left a cash tip in the room and went to leave. The manager stopped him, insisted he hadn't paid, and demanded a receipt. He explained that he had paid but wasn't given a receipt and that his payment should be the most recent one. The manager then demanded a tip. He explained that he had already left a cash tip in the room. She made him stand there while she went to check, then came back and simply said, "Okay, you go now." From the rude staff, poor-quality massage, ignoring a health concern, repeated solicitation of sexual services, and the way he was treated at the end, this was an incredibly unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this business. There are things that need to be fixed. I hope it all gets sorted.

Each time I have gotten extensions from her they last, at minimum, 8 months. She gives thorough instructions on how to best care for your hair afterwards and if you follow them, your investment will stay secured. She is the only person I will ever go to for extensions. She is extremely quick, as well. She knows what she is doing and does it with a smile. She's very easy going and truly cares about the clients she keeps. The vibe is immaculate in the salon due to a no children policy. (There was a horror story that prompted this not because they hate kids) I was told another reason for the no children policy is because women come to the salon to get away from their home life with screaming kids to enjoy a little reprieve that consists of self-care. They do not need to hear the screaming children during their getaway too. I fall asleep every time I get my hair done by Marlia and each time I wake I am floored by what I see in the mirror! She makes me feel like a million bucks for exponentially less than that in price I actually pay. I sincerely doubt you can find anyone faster, cheaper, sweeter, more knowledgeable, and for the quality that Marlia provides for keratin bonded extension installations. They consider crocs "swimming shoes" apparently. I saw a woman today in a regular T- shirt, denim shorts and crocs come inside the pool. Fully dry-obviously did not shower beforehand, which is required. There needs to be a lot more supervision. If you do plan on coming here I'd highly suggest renting out the private tubs instead so you don't have to deal with everyone else and get the ick like I did. Probably won't be coming back here though.

She was a little bit rude and complaining about her back being sore and she was ready to retire. She did not seem ready and willing to work. She was grumpy and there was absolutely no skillset even for $60. in Vegas you can get a wonderful Asian style massage for $50 and it will be amazing technicians with actual skillsets to soothe and heal the body. This was definitely not that, this was so sketchy.
