I knew I'd like her even more when we got to her space and I saw her cute little Norman Rockwell chair. She is very professional with describing how to disrobe and what techniques she plans to use. Light music and essential oils surrounded me during my experience. I've gone to see her twice now which speaks volumes because my first visit although pleasant on the table with rheumatoid arthritis too much touch can be tricky, I felt some aftermath. The second time was a charm, my lymphatic spots she targets must have opened and cleared because I felt fabulous. Very healing hands...I truly recommend. Going back again next month.

Teresa is an incredible listener and has such a calming and soothing nature about her which helps the overall experience. I feel better just being in her space and presence. She's passed along some handy tips for getting grounded and staying balanced in chaotic situations. I've found my sessions with her to provide significant emotional healing and balance. I was skeptical toward distance reiki but I travel a lot for work so I opted to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Now I'll incorporate distance reiki into my travel routine to ensure I stay balanced and grounded. If you're on the fence about this modality, I would give it a go!
