He politely corrected them, but they continued talking about him and I being together which just annoyed him but he kept quiet. He went in on Sunday 07/26/2026 while we are on our annual vacation, and unfortunately it ended up being the worst massage he's ever had. He's an incredibly easygoing person who never complains, so for him to come home this upset says a lot. He doesn't complain, but I have zero problem saying something. When he arrived, he was left sitting alone in the massage room for about 20 minutes before the therapist came in. During the massage, the therapist left the room around five different times. Before the session started, he specifically explained that he had a recent wasp sting and asked them to avoid that area because he had an allergic reactions few days prior and it was itchy. They completely ignored his request. The massage itself was terrible. The pressure was extremely light, barely enough to even feel like a massage. The most disturbing part was that the therapist repeatedly offered him a "happy ending" and asked multiple times if he wanted a hand job. He clearly and politely said, "No, thank you," every single time, but the offers continued. When the massage was over, he left a cash tip in the room and went to leave. The manager stopped him, insisted he hadn't paid, and demanded a receipt. He explained that he had paid but wasn't given a receipt and that his payment should be the most recent one. The manager then demanded a tip. He explained that he had already left a cash tip in the room. She made him stand there while she went to check, then came back and simply said, "Okay, you go now." From the rude staff, poor-quality massage, ignoring a health concern, repeated solicitation of sexual services, and the way he was treated at the end, this was an incredibly unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this business. There are things that need to be fixed. I hope it all gets sorted.

By the way, the room is beautiful comfortable smells good and she was absolutely delightful. I can tell you it was one of the best massages I have had in a long time and I am an expert on massages. I go for a massage every two weeks with the same person for the last 18 years, but I was given a gift certificate from Massage with Kaitlyn. I can tell you she will be my fill-in and if there ever comes a time when my current massage therapist retires she will be my choice. I highly recommend her and she also works with veterans so if you are a veteran and you get a prescription from your doctor, her fee will be paid for by the VA. They consider crocs "swimming shoes" apparently. I saw a woman today in a regular T- shirt, denim shorts and crocs come inside the pool. If you do plan on coming here I'd highly suggest renting out the private tubs instead so you don't have to deal with everyone else and get the ick like I did. The commitment and love from the owners to teach their students the years of education and experience is incredible. Their flexibility and willingness to work with you, even having busy lives of their own, does not go unnoticed. As a student, besides the basic requirements, you are able to choose what classes suit you best as a therapist.
