With two young boys and a busy schedule, it's hard to find the time to give our home the attention it deserves. Bella Casa Cleaning Inc. came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting, Maria, the owner, was professional, kind, honest, and incredibly responsive. She provided our quote promptly and was able to fit us into the schedule quickly, which was especially helpful since we were preparing to host a party. The cleaning team worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. They cleaned behind furniture, dusted thoroughly, washed the walls and blinds, and truly gave our home the deep clean it needed. They estimated the job would take about 2.5 hours and finished right on time without sacrificing quality. At the end, Maria walked us through everything that had been completed, and her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional cleaning company that delivers exceptional results, we highly recommend Bella Casa Cleaning Inc. We loved them so much we have them come again! I picked up the rug a few weeks later (knowing the stains would still be present which I was okay with) and it had a white grainy substance embedded into the fibers as well as larvae. My best assumption is that the grainy substance is the dry cleaning chemicals they used. The larvae? No clue what they are. The rug was infested. I tried vacuuming the larvae and the powdery substance out which resulted in holes. The rug was destroyed and I had to throw it out. Upon throwing it out, I saw the tag Bedrosian attached and the measurements were completely off by more than a foot both length and width wise. Seriously? They can't even pay enough attention to measure a rug correctly? Go ANYWHERE other than here.

One member of our cleaning team was not doing a good job. We finally complained. They gave us a new team that was wonderful. Then two weeks later two completely different cleaning people showed up. We called the office. They said both members of the great team just quit simultaneously. Sure! They forgot to tell us. The team they sent did an awful job. The team they sent us today was worse than the original team we didn't want anymore. It doesn't smell like they used any cleaning products. There are fingerprints all over the mirrors, and they couldn't even make beds! They didn't have time to clean any of our first floor - including the bathroom. I have given this company over $10k over two years. And the office admin hung up on me when I complained today. Lots of loyalty for their customers! I don't want to throw my money away and then have to clean my own house when they leave.

I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.
