With the type of stone we…read moreselected, he worked diligently to ensure the grain matched at the seams perfectly, and pointed out, after installation, tiny flaws I think only he could have ever noticed. if something was off 1/2 mm, he wanted us to be aware of it and why that was the case. Positive things to know if you use Elana: They are precise and very good at what they do. They even sealed our countertops with a sealant from Italy that they say is one of the best products available. They walked us through care tips for outdoor use specific to our stone. Frank was responsive with updates, texted us pictures of edging, and made sure we felt very involved in the process. Opportunities for the business: They are pricier than come others, but their work was unmatched and if you want quality, you should be willing to pay for it. They also were a bit delayed on timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, so whatever your timeline is, add two weeks to that. This experience kinda makes me want to find the budget to re-do other countertops now... :)

Would definitely use them again.

Then had the audacity to tell me I was "lucky they made a mistake on the estimate" and so they would honor their commitment to pricing rather than give a discount for their mistake. I contacted Dave at Grout Kleen because a neighbor had one of his trucks in their driveway a couple weeks ago and I thought I'd give it a go. She also gave me a 'thumbs up' on their work and I thought at that point it was a no brainer... Dave came out ON TIME to give me a more than fair (I thought) estimate, and we had our kitchen and one bathroom done. The gentleman that came to do the work was early and very professional and worked diligently and above all, "clean"!! No marks on baseboards, and virtually NO signs that he had been in my house...with the exception that our tile and grout looked NEW afterwards!! Kudos to the folks at Grout Kleen! I would, and WILL highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I reached a point a few years back where the idea of painting rooms in my house was more than I could handle so I looked for someone to take over that task. My paint job is divided into two parts with the downstairs on the list for after my daughter's wedding in October. I am excited to have them back. I really hit the jackpot when I found Bobby Adams, the owner of ASL. He didn't ask me to leave…read morethis review and doesn't even know I'm leaving it. I met Bobby when he gave me a quote on landscaping in my backyard after we had already hired a different contractor, who was trying to add an expensive layer to an existing project. Bobby came to my home the same day I called him. He explained to me how my current contractor was charging me double the price. He took the educate me about how my current landscape contractor was skimping on things that should have been built into the original plan. He explained to me how I should negotiate with my current contractor to improve the project, fix the flaws, and cut the price my landscaper quoted me in HALF. It worked. Bobby took the time to do this knowing that his advice to me would result in not using his company for that particular project. Seeing how honest Bobby was, I was committed to using him for every project going forward. I didn't realize I would need him so quickly. WATER LINE - Since March 2023, we began having water issues in our front lawn and driveway. We met with multiple contractors and even an engineer, all of whom diagnosed it as being a ground water issue. We spent a fortune installing a drainage system in the side of our yard, which helped a bit, but we still continued to have water issues in our driveway and our front yard. I invited Bobby over to take a look. He was convinced we had a leak in our water line (even though my bill had never increased). We called the water company, who marked out the line and confirmed there was a leak. We received some quotes and of course decided to go with Bobby/ASL. Bobby discovered the water company mismarked the water line by 25 feet. The leaks were partially located underneath a retaining wall, elevated walkway, and landscaping. The other contractors insisted we would need to completely remove the retaining wall and dismantle the hardscaping to properly repair the leak. On the other hand, Bobby and his guys came up with a brilliant way to replace the pipe while leaving everything undisturbed. While he was at it, he noticed a crack in my sewer line, which we surmised was when our first landscaper dug an exploratory hole in that area to potentially install an underground drainage system. Bobby fixed the sewer line in addition to the water line. He did the entire project within a day - all at a fraction of the quoted price I received from the other contractors just fix the water line. SEWER LINE - Fast forward another 2 weeks...I start getting water in a crawl space in my basement. I call Roto-Rooter, thinking there was a clog in the sewer line. When Roto-Rooter came to snake the line, they found a blockage in the sewer line they could not get past. They offered to immediately dig up my front lawn (again) and replace that area of the sewer line for a price. I called Bobby at ASL. Within an hour, he was at my house with a camera down the sewer line. The blockage was in an entirely different location than the previous repair. The next day, Bobby and his team were at my house. They repaired the sewer line and uncovered a buried and broken plumbing cleanout pipe we didn't even know existed. His team removed the boulder stuck in my sewer line, removed the portion of the sewer line that was cracked, and fixed the cleanout pipe to raise it above the ground. IRRIGATION SYSTEM - I also used Bobby's team to install an irrigation system in my backyard. His guys went above and beyond. In addition to the irrigation system, they replaced a leaky hose spigot and installed another PRV valve to fix our water pressure - all for a fraction of the price we received from other quotes just for the irrigation system. DRIVEWAY - In the spring, I'll be using ASL to repave my very large driveway and perform the landscaping in the front of my home. You will never meet a more responsive, honest, reliable, and fairly priced contractor than Bobby. His entire team is hardworking, professional, innovative, and clean. Each of them know their craft. My husband and I are so grateful to his team for saving us thousands upon thousands of dollars. He's also saved us a ton of time for future projects because I now know to not even bother seeking other quotes. We really regret now knowing him before we hired (and paid) a different contractor to perform an entire renovation of our backyard for our new pool.
