Young man pushing the buttons in the machine asked me for a tip. I asked him what was he doing for the tip and he said scrubbing the car- nope. He stayed where he was- a young lady squirted off the front of the car and the machine scrubbed it. Then I had to vacuum. No towels to dry off. No machine to clean the floor mats. No spray cleaner for console. Really poor service by the company. Can't believe they have the inky workers there to help working for tips. Cannot recommend. read more

They did a decent job, but the place was difficult to get into unless you knew that the entrance was not on the main road. Extremely sharp turns once you got in. Free vacuums, but no towels or cleaning fluid. Would I go here again? Only if I was not near someplace better. read more

WARNING!!! ive been through this car wash 50 times in the past few years and keep the monthly plan.. The machine recently tore a running board off my van .... of course they say it was my fault because i hit the brakes.. of course i hit the brakes AFTER i heard the machine grabbing my running board/// they are full of it!!! im going to cancel my membership, and charge back the card immediately .. turn this over to my insurance and im sure they will make them pay.. this company sucks.. I purchased the $10 basic car wash. Customer service was good, very polite and helpful. However, when you get to the vacuuming section, there's nothing to wipe your car down with and I personally feel like that should be something we should be able to do. I've been to other car washes that charge you $10 and offer you towels, spraying and rug cleaning. If you're trying to get a quick wash and be on your way and not be so detailed, this would be a good place to go. The location was kind of confusing and tight. But based on my interaction with the team that was working, I would definitely go back again for a quick wash. read more

Every time I come here their service is terrible. I've been having issues with my wipers. So when I got up to the wash my wipers moved once. The heavyset African America gentleman with the shoulder length locs screamed at me!! "TURN IT OFF!!"...as if I were doing it on purpose. Very rude and condescending and I didn't appreciate it being that I'm helping out money in his pocket. Common courtesy and politeness can take you a long way. This car wash is terrible. Customer service is poor and the young manager does not care if your car gets damaged in the process of getting washed. They take no responsibility and don't care to fix the problem. My immaculate 06 Mercedes Benz S500 that I just had bought a few weeks ago, I decided to get washed at this location and from the process of getting on the track the young lady barely got me on the track correctly. From that point of the wash I felt my car being dragged the entire wash. I could hear that my car was being scratched and my front bumper being damaged along with the sensors on my wheels. The tire pressure light came on and after the wash I already knew that my front bumper was going to be damaged. I tried to do a claim and the manager on duty said they were not going to pay to get my car fixed. He was rude and aggressive and kept coming in my face stating that their not liable. I told him that I didn't want him to take my claim and for the assistant manager to write it up because at this point he kept invading my space. He didn't even want to do that. So I told him to call the police because I didn't want to walk away with no report. Finally I filled out the report. I got the assistant manager name after talking to him about what they were doing inside of the wash before I came through and he said they were doing maintenance. I tried to get the manger name but he wouldn't budge. The police showed up and got my side of the story but also gave me criminal trespassing paperwork because the manager said he did not want me back on their property! Can u say wow!! Trust me if I would never step foot back at this car wash even if I had a choice too! They are the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be going to court because someone has to pay for this damage! I have been coming here since it was new. I have always kept the monthly service on 3 or 4 cars. The service has gone from "extremely courteous and helpful" to "let me finish what I am doing on my cellphone and maybe I will help you". They used to use a brush on the grill, front window and back window. Now you are lucky to get the bugs knocked off of the drivers side windshield. It has actually been over a month since they even did that. I wish there was a new place to go! read more

This place reeks ! I thought it was the vacuum hose I was at so I moved-same smell. It smells like someone urinated all over the hoses everyday for a year. Disgusting. I mentioned something to the tenant and he seemed unfazed. Will never come back here again. Forget i paid for "the works" and the back windshield and tires are still dirty... the smell... I went to get my car washed this morning at this location at around 11:55am on July 31. I usually frequent this place once or so month. I have always noticed quite a few teenagers that work here. Some are courteous and friendly while others barely look acknowledge you. Today, I asked the attendant (a girl) to take off the tires shine (granted, this has never been a problem in the 7 or so years I have been coming here). She then told me to make sure that I tell the person at the entrance of the wash (I found this odd because the person working the kiosk usually radios or advises the person at the entrance of the wash to take off the tire shine). Once I got to the entrance, I told the guy (guy teenager) not to place the tire shine on the car). He barely nodded at me and I did not physically see him touch his keypad to turn it off. Low behold, I get home and what's on my tires? The tire shine! read more

I am extremely disappointed with Mister Car Wash located at 4850 Stone Mountain Highway, Lilburn, GA. I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I was baffled to learn that this location has been charging two of my credit cards $29.00 for the past 18 months. I own one car and should have one active account. I have a visible Mister Car Wash sticker/barcode on my windshield and should never have been asked for another credit card to continue my service. Of course, I assumed that Mister Car Wash would take accountability and rectify the situation by refunding one account and then immediately closing the unused account. After speaking with Mary Anne and then Damion in Customer Service located in Arizona, I learned the General Manager for this location, Christopher would only approve a refund of 119.96 for 4 months instead of the total 539.82 for the entire 18 months that was incorrectly deducted from my card. I was informed that the decision was made by the regional manager but his name/info could not be revealed. This is wrong and I expected more from this establishment. My plan is to secure legal counsel. I do not want anyone else to go through this experience with Mister Car Wash. read more

Please be cautious if you have low profile wheels and tires as it will damage them while driving through the wash. Recently moved to the area and pass by this establishment many times. Its beautiful. I finally got the opportunity to visit on Tuesday. From the outside appearance it looks like a top notch facility. (Everything that glitters isn't gold.) I was highly disappointed. I paid $15 for my carwash. I had so much dirt and residue was left on my car afterwards, I could build a sand castle. I could have done a better job myself with a hand full of quarters. They have no towels, no glass cleaner, no air freshners...NOTHING! Vaccums had low pressure. It was awful. I have paid less money for better service. Employees looked so glum and unhappy. (Not inviting at all.) I would have voiced my complaints there but I was pressed for time. The manager, who wasn't there when it happened tried to tell me I got the scratches at the grocery store.
