This tree was also to large and inaccessible to relocate. I called Andrew Armstrong on a Wednesday afternoon and he and his crew had my tree completely out in less than 24 hours. I noticed how they took the time to continuously clean/blow down the yard and contain the debris. His crew even skimmed my pool to ensure they left my yard spotless. It was seriously like they were never there. When it came time to grind down the massive stump they put in the extra effort to ensure they got nearly all of the rootball. Armstrong Tree Service was reasonably priced and Andrew was extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any tree removals.

Jesse gave me a good quote and I mentioned another quote I got so he matched it and added a service. For a great price he cut the palm tree completely down and trimmed the eucalyptus tree from top to bottom specifically focusing on the side that needed the long branch trimmed down to help my panels out. He started at 9am in the morning while I was at a doctor appt and was done by about 12pm. I paid him after the job was complete and you can see in the photos how much he cut down. He did a great job and I was very happy with his work and professionalism.

When your man on the cherry picker started removing palm fronds he dropped two on my gazebo roof and they busted through. I yelled at the trimmer and he was careful after that. I went next door to talk to the foreman, and one of the workers said he would stop by and talk to me. Later the guy from the cherry picker came over and used a blower to clean my patio deck. But all your trucks along with your foreman left and did not talk to me. I sent you an email telling you all about this on Friday evening, Sept 6th. It is now Wednesday, Sept. 11th and no one has contacted me. I told you the damage in on the inside of the gazebo next to the fence. and to replace the two damaged panels all the panels would have to be removed to get to them. I figured labor and material to be $100. It would be nice to hear from you. I hope you treat other neighbors better when you trim trees next door.

The tree was too tall for me to safely climb on my own and I had to find someone to climb in the tree to retrieve my drone. Found Dan on Yelp and visited his website and saw that he does drone retrievals as well as his tree services. Gave Dan a call on Monday and it was actually a breeze. Emailed him some pics pointing out which tree it is. I called the wedding venue and told them that Dan is coming to climb to get the drone...
