Jesse and staff from Diamond Tree Service are highly enthusiastic on ensuring that the customer is satisfied with their work. We called several other tree services listed on Yelp in the local area for quotes. We sent pictures of the trees in our yard that required trimming to Jesse for his evaluation, and he provided a competitive quote for pruning and lacing the five trees to get them "under control" - these trees were getting wild and shedding leaves/branches everywhere. They were able to schedule service to be done on such short notice (called on Saturday and service was done on Monday). Jesse was knowledgeable and full of energy while providing a walkthrough of what was going to be done for each tree, and any questions/doubts I had were answered. He quickly and safely climbed, trimmed, and thinned/laced each tree while his colleague provided support on cleaning the area. The job was done well with everything cleaned up. They even removed the piles of leaves in the yard on request. Jesse also recommended some tree care advice, and we look forward to seeing how the trees will look later this year. Diamond tree services did a great job on a homeowner's nightmare. A pine tree approx.. 35-40 feet tall (double trunk) had come down during a recent rain/wind storm. Lucky it did not hit our house. The tree had to be removed fast, safely and efficiently. I called Jesse and he was on the job the next day. The tree was removed by the second day. I knew I could trust him to work on another pine tree with branches that hung over the house. With safety equipment on he climbed the tree and safely lowered the cut branches so they would not hit the house. He trimmed the tree so that I now feel safe should we experience another storm.
