The bed was comfy, and each room had its own bathroom which isn't always the case at bed & breakfasts. The continental breakfast was small but thoughtful, we skipped it the second morning and opted for a full breakfast at Dancin Winery. Our room was downstairs, near the kitchen & back patio area. It was NOISY!! We could hear the person above us walking around, showering, blowing their nose and flushing the toilet. From the kitchen we could hear talking, making items, opening/slamming the back door, etc. The walls are THIN! The parking is also minimal and our first night all of the spots were taken by 4pm when we checked in. Which would have been fine if the ladies checking us in were able to better answer about some parking options & if it was permitted to park there or not. Overall our stay was fine. Just not as relaxing and restful as I was hoping for... recommend for deep, hard to wake sleepers only.

Handsomely decorated and very festive with attention to detail! The room rate includes a three course breakfast and being diabetic the owner took pains to find out and even discuss with me what to make for me! I was blown away! I was OK with just some eggs honestly but oh no! they were committed to 100% customer satisfaction! By the way, she also offered us a glass of wine after we've checked in and she's showed us to our room! She actually brought it to us...what?????!!!! A beautiful property, excellent innkeepers, beautiful room, tres romantic, I hate to write this because I would hate for the rest of the world to know!! She accommodated to my dietary restrictions with a Banana & Berry Sorbet with mint leaf, sweet potato hash browns lightly decorated with an herb poached egg, and an almond/berry/molasses dessert that had the exquisite consistency of a cookie mixed with a pancake. All the food was decorated with rose petals, and reminded me of the movie "Like Water for Chocolate", you could taste the love infused into it with every bite.... A complete explosion of flavor. My partner and I inquired about a rental listed by Expert Properties and requested a viewing…read more Instead of scheduling a showing, we were immediately texted a link instructing us to EACH pay a $55 non-refundable application fee before we were allowed to see the property, meaning we would have had to spend $110 total just to apply for a place we had never seen. The listings on Zillow and Trulia clearly state that video tours are available, but when I called to ask where we could view the video tour, Tracy from Expert Properties told me no video exists because they "weren't able to get one before the current tenants moved in." This directly contradicts what the listing advertises. There were also no photos of the exterior of the building, only a few poor-quality interior shots. When I asked if they could provide any photos of the outside, Tracy said none were available because of "mud" and again insisted that we should just pay the $110 and apply anyway. At that point, it felt extremely suspicious. Expecting prospective renters to pay non-refundable application fees before they've even seen the outside of a property (while advertising tours that don't actually exist) is unreasonable and raises serious red flags. Renters should be very cautious before paying application fees under circumstances like these, because professional property management companies do not behave this way. This seems to be a scam operation with good reviews that look fabricated. UPDATE: after reading the reviews on their second website (why they have two websites, I'm not sure, but I think it's because of all the bad reviews on their original site)- it's clear that this IS a scam operation. They will take your application fee money knowing full well you're not approved BEFORE they take it, they will steal your security deposit however they can, and the apartments are dirty (I guess that's why they don't do viewings at all). Wish I would've read the reviews before even interacting with this company, but hopefully this review deters future renters.

They cited items such as carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, touch up paint, changing a lightbulb, sweeping the garage, changing an air filter, etc for these costs. I have previously hired professional cleaners for 200 dollars. I own a rental property and would be thrilled if someone took care of the place like I did so I couldn't recommend renting from them. If you do take lots of move in and move out photos so you can prove your case because they may try to charge you like what I'm dealing with. Not taking pictures cost me a lot... Not to mention I had been repeatedly harassed by an unstable person living there and was told I may be evicted due to the situation.

We found the entrance and walked into a beautiful old building. Reminded me of an English pub. We noticed one room had a painting class going on. We walked into the bar area and were greeted right away. Very friendly staff who asked what we were interested in. They offer both wine and beer. We ended up ordering both by the end of the visit. We decided to sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. We ordered the Spinach dip and a wine tasting. The dip was ok and the wines were good. While enjoying the wine a hummingbird landed close by. We then decided to try a flight of their beer. They were tasty. We would or the wine or beer next time. It is a relaxing place to enjoy some locally made products.
