He talked to me, examined my foot, diagnosed whatever the problem was, manipulated it somehow, and the pain was gone. I was able to walk completely normally. he also made a special pad to put in my left shoe that reduced the pressure on the tender spot. I have walked several miles since having Dr. Baik treat my foot and I'm able to walk with no problem. He did an absolutely outstanding job in just a few minutes. So I have my complete trust in Dr. Baik for any issues involving my feet. He has my highest recommendation.

She had seen so many podiatrists over the years for various issues (orthotics, bunion, bone spur, flat foot, bents toes, you name it) and none have come close to helping her as much as Dr M has. He spent 1.5 hours during her first visit listening to all her ailments, treatments she's had from other doctors, and getting to the root of her issues. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. They took so long to get back to me and when I called they let me know that my insurance denied my claim. I had to do all the work, and then they told me I had to pay out of pocket for the orthotics. Very expensive! So I canceled the order and I'm going to another clinic that actually cares about me and is willing to explain and be proactive about a call back. If I wouldn't have called, they would have not called me back and I would have waisted my time going into a follow up appointment just to let me know that I had been denied. I'm obviously still frustrated with the whole matter. I'm glad to not go there ever again.

I use a walker, and they prop open the door for me to get in. I have a brain injury, so my dates for appointments get mixed up in my head. The front desk let me know that I did come in on the wrong day, but went out of their way and asked the person would be able to see me. They made time just so that I would be able to receive, my much needed knee braces, that they remeasured, from the other fountain orthotics mistake. I was fitted and adjustments were made to have the braces fit me comfortably. I was pleased with the relief from the pain pressure was causing. Again, I started to the front desk to sign a few papers. Once that was completed, I walked straight out the door. As I turned back I noticed the door was once again opened so I didn't have to try juggling my walker and opening the door myself.
