I first began seeing Mr. Beltran in October, 2022 following my knee surgery, and have had multiple visits for various issues and ailments. Every time, I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. What I especially appreciate is that he takes the time to listen to my input and concerns so that he can develop an appropriate treatment plan. He explains everything clearly along the way, making sure I understand what he is doing and why. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, he works to identify and address the source of the pain, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome. His assistants are also well trained, professional, and helpful. The front desk staff is equally wonderful-always caring, welcoming, and pleasant. I highly recommend Mr. Brian to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate physical therapist. I truly appreciate all the care he has provided me over the years.

I Just completed my 2nd surgery visit with Dr. Brian Hwang ! He and his staff were incredible!!…read more I went to speak with him concerning sciatic nerve pain that after receiving 2 Cortizone shots ( from a pain specialist) to my lower spine area did almost NOTHING to improve my pain. all it took was one visit to Dr Brian Hwang's office for him to tell me the truth about what was necessary to remove this excruciating pain. I went to see Dr Brian on June 26 in the afternoon. That same day he and his staff put together a surgery date for me that was less than a week out! he told me that I did the right way by first going with the Cortizone shots (89% success) rate that weren't working. Upon seeing me in my ground zero level 10 Pain , his actions were swift in getting me an appointment for surgery six days later!! Now I am completely pain-free and I'm so happy for his professionalism and diligence in getting me that appointment as quick as he did. Kudos to Carla his receptionist for getting me the date so QUICKLY . I currently live in the state of Utah and came all the way back to Southern California just so I could have the surgery performed by Dr. HWANG. just wanted to give a big shout out to Dr Hwang and his staff for moving mountains for me!! TIME TO GET BACK TO ENJOYING MY RETIREMENT!! Wishing you and your staff all the best!

They treated me several years ago while I suffered from severe back pain. Prior to him, I sought out other forms of treatment (chiropractic, acupuncture and another physical therapist). Between the onsite treatments (only 2-3 times) and prescribed exercises, my back was on its way to recovery. Recently, our family returned to Mobility PT for our daughter who is a travel softball player suffering from tendonitis of the pectoral scapula and rotator cuff. Their crew once again worked their magic and were able to return my daughter to pre-injury status while giving her back flexibility. This business' staff is more concerned with advocating for protecting themselves from any potential…read moreliability than they are in providing health care. They rely on the use of the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NRS), a completely subjective assessment tool that only provides an indication of subjective pain without any objective assessment value. It was also stated that the overly vague and confusing questioning was being done because, "If they had me do an exercise that increased my pain, I would blame them." This was nothing less than vocalizing the concern of Mobility Physical Therapy for avoiding any potential liability as opposed to my own well-being. Their assumption was that their patient (myself) would attempt to avoid personal responsibility for my own well-being in regard to my own pain. There are numerous other scales and methods available for health care professionals to use in evaluating an individual's pain levels, for example the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)/Roland-Morris Questionaire. This is not a professional health care business.
