Every time I've gone, I've had to wait 25-45 minutes just to be taken to a room, then continue to wait longer before seeing a doctor. It didn't bother me until today, when I was running 15-17 minutes late. I called, and they said if I get there by 4:30, we could keep the appointment, but otherwise, we would need to reschedule. That's such a slap in the face, given I had NEVER been so much as brought to a room within 15 minutes. If you're going to be that strict with a grace period, you should also be equally as strict with prompt service times. Very disappointed. If that doesn't bother you, then this office will be a great option for your podiatry needs.

Twenty-five years ago, I had major accident and broke my left leg and my doctor recommended me to wear a leg brace in order to not fall and break the bone consistently. My doctor recommended me to Human Design for the leg brace. Ron is very knowledge in his field and always went out of his way to accommodate me. As time went by, my condition got worse due to post polio and my knee cap has worn out due to repeated use. I went to Human Design asking Ron once more for help, and he thankfully recommended me to Dr. Baumgarten who was confident that he could successfully operate on me. Other surgeons said that there was no "cure" for my medical situation (polio). The surgery was so successful that I deem it a miracle. I am now able to walk at home without a leg brace, and do not feel pain in my knee. This really was life changing. I am sincerely thankful to Human Design and their personal staff as well. They are all kind, respectful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Human Design for anyone who is in need of the equipment that they specialize in.

They advised I could pay all at once or once I got them in 2-3 weeks. I told them I'll just pay for it now. Insoles come in at the end of December, I get fitted and they sent me on my way. I take them to my doctor in January of 2021 and the doctor said they didn't listen to their instructions so I had to go back to get them redone. I get the new pair a few weeks later and again I'm sent on my way. Over a year later I get a statement from them saying I never paid for the insoles. Turns out the lady only did the copay and not the total. Not once when I was there did they say anything. So I paid the invoice on 8/26/22. Fast forward to 1/20/23 (a Friday) I get not one but 2 invoices from them for the same amount for the exact same price as I paid for last August. I call all the numbers on the forms and could not get anyone on the line. I leave voicemails (and have yet to get a response.) Then the next day I got another statement and on Monday (yesterday) I received another one. I'm up to 4 statements for the same thing and no one to speak to. The CHQ billing department number goes straight to VM. Save yourself the headache with this place and go somewhere else!

We brought our 5 1/2-month-old daughter in for an evaluation expecting an objective assessment and guidance on all reasonable options. Instead, the entire experience felt focused on one outcome: selling us a helmet. Her measurements were borderline/mild by commonly used criteria--her CVAI was 4.5% and her CVA was exactly 6 mm. Despite that, Cranial Technologies labeled her condition "moderate," stated that her head shape was "not expected to correct naturally," and immediately recommended a DOC Band worn 23 hours a day for approximately three months. What bothered us most was the lack of meaningful discussion about less invasive options. Positional changes, physical therapy, addressing neck preference, monitoring, and the possibility of natural improvement were not presented to us with anything close to the emphasis given to the helmet. The materials themselves also felt surprisingly marketing-heavy for something presented as a clinical evaluation--DOC Band testimonials, endorsements, social-media links, product branding, and then a recommendation to purchase the treatment from the very same company performing the evaluation. I'm not suggesting their measurements were fabricated. My concern is that the interpretation of borderline findings felt unnecessarily aggressive and commercially influenced. When the company evaluating your child is also the company selling the treatment, parents deserve a balanced discussion of conservative alternatives--not simply a conclusion that their baby needs a helmet. We are now taking the results to our pediatrician for an independent opinion. Parents should absolutely do the same before committing their baby to wearing a helmet 23 hours a day for months.

After two months he outgrew his original helmet. He had made a lot of progress, but we agreed that a second helmet would be beneficial. He just graduated after a little over four months of treatment.
