In a pinch, this is a fairly convenient location to gas up along 680 and Mission Blvd (the second Mission Exit the one more north). Last time we went, their touchless payment system was not working, so not sure if this was just our pump, but I noticed it was covered with a piece of paper saying to go inside to pay if you wanted to pay touchless which kind of defeats the purpose of trying to not "touch" or be in close contact with other people. Their credit card system seemed to still work outside though so as long as you have a physical card, then you're fine. Now is this place my go-to station? No, but if I really need gas and I can't get to a cheaper station, then fine, I'll settle and bite the bullet. Because well let's just say it, it's an expensive station. Worst gas station EVER! No bathroom, cards don't work so you HAVE to go inside, staff is rude!

A nice convienient location next to McDonalds. The parking is difficult if you need to go inside, but filling your tank there is no problem. You can always park at the McDonalds which is attached. Easy acess from 680 or Mission Blvd. read more

I think this gas station is ... very very convenient. It's located in one of those places on the highway that it's the only one for miles. It's clean, open 24 hours and the staff inside are super helpful and nice. They're run by some Asian folks but they're always happy to turn on the air or water for you if you need it without having to fill up. They have a good selection of snacks and energy drinks here to prepare you for a long drive and it's just nice to be able to pull off the freeway here in case you have any issues. The whole place is well lit which is more than can be said about the surrounding areas. read more

This is a great station, ideally located exactly halfway between Salinas and Napa. My usual trip to visit dad. I always stopped by here late at night to get my coffee to keep me awake. I almost felt like the person on duty knew I was coming because they always had a fresh pot of hot coffee with a filled creamer next to it. Always great service. And of course I could not leave without few snacks for the road. And this place is always well stocked with tons of choices of snacks. And they even have great gas at a great price. I heart this gas station. I don't know why, could be because I've had to drive passed it through out grammar school and high school. well *I* didnt drive, i rode, my parents drove, but you get the point. memories, nostalgia and all that. Well that and the fact that the pumps are always working properly, the shop is always stocked with junk food and heavily caffeinated drinks. Sometimes this location will get busy, the last time i was there I noticed a women on her cell phone parked at a gas pump, completely engrossed in her convo (no pump in the car either..) and a car parked BETWEEN two pumps, so nobody could use either of them while this person ran in to get gum, water, or what ever it is someone that rude needs to continue on their self absorbed way. I just kinda rolled my eyes and thought "pshh.. mission.." and proceeded to pump my gas. Used to love this place but they jumped the shark! The door is always locked at night.... "Okay, Thanks! Leave me out here to get mugged in the rain!" Love the way you treat your customers. i grew up right around the corner from this place. i mean people always make a u-turn on my street to get to this shell... i always come here to fuel up my car and buy my 2 for 1 ciggies here. recently some asian dood (i'm asian too), always hits on me when i go there. i recall the line he used was "wow, my day just got better." shit, a free candy bar woulda made my day better if i was working at a gas station though. at first it was flattering, but then the next time i went to buy cigarettes and he forgot i smoked, it seemed kind of suspect. i wonder if hits on hella girls. anyway, i only use shell in my car, and this is the cheapest place to get it. so go there, but beware. read more

Filled my Ford up here, 33 gallons so the tank is about $95-$110 to fill up on average. I walk inside and buy Advil because I have a headache. I asked the owner if I can drink their fountain water, he thinks about it for 30 seconds (not kidding) then reluctantly grunts a "ya". I then asked for a cup or something. He says " .37 cents". I pull out my debit card (only form of payment I had. He says there's a minimum charge of a few bucks and that he wouldn't swipe the card. After a minute of standing in front of him awkwardly he agrees to let me drink his water using a coffee cup. Horrible service since I spend $110+ at your establishment within the last 5 minutes. At least learn how to say no properly you fob. read more

It was a midnight incident and the main door was locked. A very rude, unfriendly and arrogant person attended to us. No Courtesy whatsoever. The guy may have been drunk too. We ended up not buying gas. Though it is a 24/7 gas station, I would not recommend an isolated visit. read more
