I went to Dr. Kardasis for cataract surgery but my vision was very poor. A prescription of -14 if…read moreyou can believe that. I believe my first appointment was in October of 2021 and I insisted I needed surgery before the end of the year. I was having trouble seeing at night and my contact lens only went up to a -10 so I was not seeing very well with them. My eyeglasses were so uncomfortable due to their thickness but I could see much better out of them. But, they were no where near a -14 so I had some vision loss using them too. Dr. Kardasis was so organized and thorough that he had my new lens in before Thanksgiving. So, I have gone from a prescription of -14 to perfect vision. There is no better feeling than waking up and being able to see - no more fumbling around looking for my eyeglasses. I am not wearing any eyeglasses or contact lens now. It is like a miracle! The entire procedure was a breeze. Just remember to use the drops he gives you and everything will be fine. I LOVE Dr. Kardasis and the wonderful gift of sight he has given me. I will be forever thankful!

I have bought many pairs of designer glasses here but the quality of the lenses are not good. I've gotten better lenses for less money online. Unfortunately I may be looking for another office to service my eyes and my style choices. They don't repair my frames here. Had the same problem with 3 pairs of Gucci, Tom Ford and Jimmy Choo. The doctors though are AMAZING. Definitely worth it for them but not necessarily a retail outlet. Other than wait time, the service is stellar. Good luck.

When it comes to ordering glasses or contact lenses, I would trust a bunch of first-graders more than these people. For example, my wife's glasses sat in their office for 2 1/2 weeks while they texted their availability to a home phone line, which we all know doesn't work. Not one follow up phone call was made after this. Funny, they had my cell number and appointment reminder texts had been previously sent to me but no one took the initiative and tried a phone call or a text to my cell phone. That would have required common sense, which NONE of these office staff people have.

They would not send me a copy of the bill, but expected me to pay at least half of the balance before they would make the appointment. I am beyond outraged. I cannot believe they expected me to just hand over $200 without even telling me what it was for or providing me with a copy of the bill. What happened to "first, do no harm". I hope you feel good turning away someone with serious eye disease and vision loss! I especially want to mention Connie in the billing department. She gets special mention for being extremely rude, uncaring, and argumentative. She would not even email me a copy of the bill they are alleging was never paid.
