She became irate and started screaming at me "I didn't do it so what do you want me to do? I'll have them look at the cameras that I didn't do it!" Like I blamed her? Acting like a junkie and screaming at customers is absurd! I've been coming here for 15 years. I'll never step foot in this place ever again. Since Rosa left this place has gone to crap! All the machines broken. No hot water. And a junkie who doesn't know how to manage her own emotions. Oh don't worry they offered me the $6 I spent on the washer back! But my $150 bed sheets are ruined.

I kept seeing Posh as I was going to work each morning and one day, I checked Yelp and saw great reviews (not sure where they are now) and then I confirmed on their website their hours of operation. Boy, was I amazed with hours that were available for the normal working class, in addition to being open on Saturdays until 4p AND had an onsite tailor along with same day service! I have now used them twice and I seriously, could not be happier. If I drop clothes off on Saturday, the could be ready on Monday (extreme emergency) or on Wednesday. Last Saturday, I met with the tailor to shorten some of my jackets... They will also be available on Wednesday, in addition to them being dry cleaned. Another example of their excellence is my Florida Panther Jersey... I loved this Jersey and they were able to get the weather stains out that were caused by it being mistakenly placed in Storage for three years.... Everyone there are so friendly, from Marge, Jorge, John, Michael that all work the counter to the tailor, Mark. A great dry cleaner is very hard to find and I will cherish them always!!

I decided to try out Classic Cleaners because my normal dry cleaners were closing and this place…read morewas open an hour later. I really needed to drop my work cloths to get them back when I wanted so I took a chance on a new place. It's located right off of Hillsboro on the South side of the street, in a long strip plaza. When I arrived no one was there so I was helped immediately. The lady was nice and took my info quickly. She asked if I wanted a pleat or not ironed on my pants, which I am not usually asked they just do it at my other place so I said yes of course. After she gave me my ticket and I left to go home, I noticed they charged me an extra $1 per pant to iron a pleat! I have never been charged extra for that and I get my cloths dry cleaned all the time. Not even dry cleaners I use in Boca charge for that service. Most likely won't use them again, up charges like that start to add up depending on how much I drop off at one time.

Thanks. That's really great customer service. Thanks for opening your business and making me want to come and get something taken care of by you. She could have been nicer but I barely got my question out before she ran it down saying she had a life and didn't have time to take care of laundry. "Well if you come after 6 I'll just leave it for tomorrow so hurry up and get here." Don't go here. It's not worth the hassle. Id rather go to a coin laundry and sit and wait for my laundry to finish than be treated like I wasn't worth their time.

I believe they also offer a pick-up and delivery service as well but I haven't tried it before which is a great option. They also try to work with you if you require rush service. Personally, I don't even live in the general area but I make the drive over there for my dry cleaning service whenever I head to the Parkland area. However, with that said... I do have to let my yelpers know that IF you decide to do any alterations here, please please please make sure you are specific about what you want and make sure you either try it on afterwards or at least look at your garment before leaving. I made the mistake to just grab and go since it was covid times and didn't look at it until I got home. The shirt was way too short. But I just decided not to make a stink about it and chalked it off as a loss since I didn't check it. But I'm sure that if I went back they would have been nice enough to try to fix it.

My dryer broke and I had no choice so I googled the closest one to me and stumbled upon this place. It is a decent sized laundry mat. They do not take coins and will not change coins out for you. There is a machine for you to purchase a laundry card $1, you'll need this card to start your washer & dryer, and you load with either cash or credit/debit card. Washing machines are $6.50 for the smaller ones and $6.99 for the bigger ones. And the dryers are $.25 for every 7 mins. 1 full load you'll need about 30-35min for it to be completely dry which wasn't bad. At my previous complex it was $2.75 per load which was dirt cheap so I was kinda shocked at how pricey the washers were here but hey you gotta do what you have too. There isn't plenty of seating inside. It is equipped with a good amount of washers and dryers. They do have a few reserved for the workers. There's an atm inside. They do sell detergent and fabric softener in case you forget to bring yours or you can go to Gaia or Family Dollar in the same plaza. They offer a drop off service not sure the pricing on that but they do wash/dry/fold for you. They also have carts on wheels to help you get around with your laundry but they are very limited on them. Once we arrived we didn't get greeted nor helped, a stranger had to tell me how it operates (the card, pricing, etc). The lady up front eventually came around and asked if we got everything loaded but by that time our stuff was in the dryer, 30 mins later. Place was decent enough. They do have late hours which is good for those working late.

Since I bought thr wedding dress in January of 2025 I needed it dry cleaned for my wedding 12/6/2025. I expressed to them how important this was and asked if the dress was going to shrink and he assured me he would send it to a company that would take care of it. WELL being that this was done September 26 2025 they assured me by October 17 2025 it would be ready. I called Friday before October 17 and they couldn't find the dress. Said I needed to call on October 17 which was Monday cause the woman had no idea where the dress was. The on October 17 I call and nothing still no sign of the dress. Meanwhile I kept my calm and they called me back and said they found it and that it was preserved. I NEVER asked for the dress to be preserved . They preserved the dress and had to rip it out of a box and I was so upset I left. Well the dress had beads on it that now are discolored , there's iron marks on the dress and guess what it SHRUNK. So my wedding dress that I trusted these people with ruined it. I had to buy another dress and because I'm so close to my wedding date I had to spend a hefty penny.
