Searched online for the nearest place to make copies and found Downtown Copy & Print(DCP). Martin was fantastic, I emailed what I needed printed and when I arrived he had it printed. I was able to sign and he made copies and scanned the documents. He practiced Covid-19 precautions and we all wore masks. DCP is located in an industrial park and is a full service copy and print place for all size jobs. Even though I had a simple copy machine request. Martin made me feel that my work was important. In my email I noted the dates I need them by and there being no wiggle room to pass beyond or it would affect my business. Ernesto seemed very confident in being able to deliver by the date. As time went on his assistant Gaby took over. It is when she took over that the issues worsened, I received an email indicating that the ai. I sent was low quality, and that there was missing information!!!! That is inaccurate!! They sent a bill requesting for me to pay the $773.21 which I was hesitant since I kept receiving concerning emails regarding the font, design, logos etc.... The previous company that would make my designs used the same as. And never was there an issue. Lighthouse Sign Co. Received the same ai. And they said the logos were perfect! The only reason I was going with Anytime Signs was because their quote was more affordable than Lighthouse Sign Co. that was my big mistake I guess the saying "that you get what you pay for" is so spot on TRUE! Unprofessional, unpunctual and false promises.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more *AVOID* this establishment. I had used this place twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences resulted in mediocre work. I decided to give them another chance primarily because of the convenience of having them close to my home. I dropped off several hats on 8/11/26 and figured that a full week would be more than enough time to complete the work. I stopped by today, 8/17/26, only to find that my hats were still sitting untouched in the exact same spot where I had dropped them off. The owner explained that he didn't have my logo on file, despite having completed the exact same logo on one of my hats just a month ago. When I asked why no one had contacted me, he stated that they had called. I then asked why no voicemail was left, and at that point, the conversation became increasingly defensive. I also asked why a follow-up call wasn't made after supposedly being unable to reach me. Rather than taking responsibility for the lack of communication and the fact that my order had not even been started after a week, the owner became extremely upset and rude. Mistakes and delays can happen--that's understandable. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout the entire situation. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and communicate professionally. Very unpleasant experience, to say the least.
