I was taken to the locker room where I had a rob, towel, locker and shower and sauna available for use. The massage with Luke was amazing. Might've been top 3 ive had. The pressure was spot on. I was immersed in the massage and I appreciate Luke didn't try to make a lot of talk and allowed full relaxation. I had a wrist injury and he was careful when working around it and asked what movements caused pain so he could avoid it. Highly recommend and I'll probably op for Luke again next time I go.

The ambiance and overall vibe was very tranquil and calm. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and customer service was excellent. I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with an aromatherapy add-on and Muireall was my massage therapist. Muireall was wonderful and checked in frequently during the massage and catered the massage to my preferences. It was a very restorative and enjoyable experience and a great way to conclude a quick weekend trip. Definitely recommend checking out the Dragontree for massages or spa treatments.

The third time I went Frances was not available but I trusted/hoped I would have a similar experience with a different massage therapist. Sadly, I had the most disappointing massage of my life. Not only did I not experience any pain relief, I had increased pain for the next 5 to 7 days. I would say your overall experience will depend on your massage therapist. 2 other issues to be aware of One is the difficulty in parking. You will need to allow extra time to potentially drive in circles trying to find a spot and then may have to walk multiple blocks to get to the address. The other is that most of the massage rooms are upstairs This could be an issue for those with pain.

She's great at listening to your needs, but I think what's more important is that she listens to her own instincts as well. The first time I came in, I came for a full body massage and told her to spend a bit more time on my neck/shoulders... well she ended up spending nearly the entire time on my neck and didn't get to much of the rest of my body, but I'm not mad in the least! My neck was totally effed and she felt the need to work it out and so she did - and I totally appreciate it! I needed that badly. These were both old pains that I had tried to deal with -- bought one of those massage rods, to no avail. She focused on those areas without my telling her about them, since I'd kind of forgotten and just learned to live with them, and I was so impressed and felt so much better at the end. I will be coming back when I have the money!

The massages and therapists are high quality. However, there are serious issues with the membership…read moreand billing practices. When you sign up for a subscription online, you must be able to cancel it online. Requiring customers to call and submit written notice creates unnecessary barriers and is inconsistent with the Federal Trade Commission's "click-to-cancel" rule under the Negative Option Rule. In addition, requiring a 30-day notice period results in customers being charged for an additional month even after requesting cancellation. Further, although customers have already paid for services--including those accrued during the notice period--those services are subject to a 90-day expiration. After that, they are forfeited with no refund or extension. Similar practices involving expiring paid credits have been challenged in cases involving companies such as Audible. These policies raise significant consumer protection concerns and should be reviewed.
