I've been going here regularly for years. They are simply the best--incredibly skilled massage therapists, tranquil spaces, kind people. I highly recommend! read more

The first 2 times I visited Precision Healing for a massage I had a really great experience. I had the pain relieving massage with Frances and had an amazing reduction in pain. The third time I went Frances was not available but I trusted/hoped I would have a similar experience with a different massage therapist. Sadly, I had the most disappointing massage of my life. Not only did I not experience any pain relief, I had increased pain for the next 5 to 7 days. I would say your overall experience will depend on your massage therapist. 2 other issues to be aware of One is the difficulty in parking. You will need to allow extra time to potentially drive in circles trying to find a spot and then may have to walk multiple blocks to get to the address. The other is that most of the massage rooms are upstairs This could be an issue for those with pain. read more

Still by far the best massage therapist I've been to! I just keep coming back. He's an authentic and genuine person: Brandon! Very detailed and precise and really technical in the areas of pain where I needed things worked out. Highly highly recommend this place. I think any therapist that works at this place is probably good. read more

I have been a regular for a few years now. I highly recommend it, though as with any massage studio, you may need to try a few providers to find the right fit for you. I have a lot of chronic pain and issues that require a lot of management, and Brandon has been really great at adapting to my needs at any time, whether it's newly recovering from a surgery, or keeping my muscles relaxed enough to function well when I am doing more strength and stability exercise. I went in today for their special Pumpkin Spice Fall Bliss massage, and it was lovely. Due to scheduling limitations on my end, I saw Taria instead of Brandon, and she was wonderful. Definitely a different style from Brandon, but she picked up on the issues in my body quickly even though it was my first time seeing her, and used a variety of techniques to relax strained areas. She, like all the providers I've seen there, was proactive about communicating with me to make sure I was comfortable and my needs weee being met. read more

I am from out of town and I was looking for a massage. I read lots of reviews for different places and this one had consistently good reviews compared with other options. The price is also more reasonable. I was able to book a massage for the next day. The booking process online is easy. They email you the paperwork so the check in is fast. You only need to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. You will be waiting outside on the patio. Drew asked me about areas I wanted her to focus on and then gave me a nice massage. The treatment room had a lot of light and that is only downside for me. I like it dark in the room if possible. I recommend getting a 90 minute massage so they can focus on issues and give you a full body massage too. The location is great near lots of shops and restaurants if you want to make a day of it. read more

What an awesome respite from my busy day. I have put off addressing a very sore and upset hamstring. Mimi came to the request tja ja to a generous gift card from my daughters. I will book her again. Her massage was just the touch I needed to get things going again! The environment is cozy and the table heated! I had a whole body massage but she took some extra time on my injury which casting improved my mobility. I highly recommend Mimi! read more

A year ago, I had surgery for a severe disk herniation in my low back. Unfortunately the herniation recurred, but this time since it's less severe I decided to try and heal it without surgery. I'm so, so glad I came across Precision Healing and tried a massage with Taria as she's been heaven sent during this time. I've been getting cupping massages with her weekly to help the healing process and undo the layers of tension. I have made a lot of progress thanks to her soft tissue work, chiropractic, and PT. I'm no longer taking NSAIDs and my pain is far more manageable and livable. Taria is so knowledgeable about the body and will work with you both holistically and acutely on treating your pain. Not only does she have lots of expertise, but she's also a genuinely kind and caring person. I can't recommend her highly enough and am so grateful for her and Precision Healing. read more

Highly recommend booking with Mimi! She is incredible. She's communicative, checks in with you and listens to whatever you need. I immediately felt relaxed as soon as she laid her hands on me. I will definitely be back for more! read more

For the past year I have received massages from Precision Healing Clinic practitioner, Frances - and could not be happier. I have experienced many massages over the years for pain management and her expertise and responsiveness to what my body brings to the table is incredible and not something you can find even in the most veteran of practitioners. She listens to requests on what I want focused on during the session, while also tending to the areas that contribute to the pain from an anatomy and physiology perspective. Frances has a warm and gentle energy, but her deep tissue massages are able to get in and relieve even the most pervasive discomfort. I have less migraines and neck/shoulder pain when I go consistently. Highly recommend this bright gem off of NW 23rd and practitioner- Frances. read more

I was fortunate to get a same-day appointment with Drew. Worked on the areas I requested. Will definitely use again.

I have been going to Precision Healing since I arrived in Portland 4 1/2 years ago and was assigned to Dana for a relaxation massage.. Best decision l made. I will miss her. read more

Umm, everyone? Rachel Funk has a gift. Had a fantastic experience here earlier today. Her massage was so attentive and soothing, In the past, I've left massages feeling out of it, blurry. This time, I was clear as a bell and went about my day just fine. I'll definitely come back to visit Rachel at PH. read more

I went to Precision Healing for the first time and it was such a wonderful experience. Frances was spectacular! She listened to all of my concerns and really got in there. I highly recommend her! read more

I imagine that when you get to heaven, it feels like getting a massage from Diane for the rest of eternity. Seriously she has the hands of an angel. I have had three massages with her now and they were hands down the best three massages of my life. She is so lovely and intuitive and talented. I cannot say enough good things about Precision Healing and Diane Rockell. During Covid-19 they are being very safe; masks, temperature checks, designated areas for your personal belongings, touchless hand washing, contactless payment etc. Now might not be the ideal time to get a massage, but do yourself a favor and buy yourself a gift certificate. You will be so glad you did. read more

I have gotten massages at a lot of different places over the years, but this is the first place where I consistently come back. I have seen a couple of the different therapists here, and all are good, but Diane is my favorite, and now I book with her. She's good at her job, professional, pays attention to what you want, and friendly. A couple of things I love about this business: I love the location on NW 23rd because it's super convenient. I also love that I can save money by buying multipacks of massages, and that I can book appointments online. Lastly, I one time I had a payment issue, and the owner fixed it so fast I wasn't even home yet. read more

Dana is awesome! I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a massage therapist. I had some lower back and shoulder pain and she really got all the knots out. I feel great and definitely will be returning. read more

Mimi is hands down amazing!! So happy I found this place! Mimi is awesome. Just had my second session and am feeling so much better. I can only stand super deep tissue massages and boy did she deliver! Highly recommend! read more

All of the massage therapists at this establishment are incredibly talented, and each therapist brings a unique skill set to their massage work. As someone who deals with chronic pain related to multiple health issues, I can not say enough positive things about Precision Healing! If you're looking for pain relief on top of relaxation, I would highly recommend going here. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and pain management, and great at meeting your personal needs (whether that's stress relief and/or pain relief). I regularly see Jesus, and he is definitely one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen in my 7 years of received therapeutic massages. He's an incredibly gentle and kind person, he'll listen carefully to your needs, and provide the lasting kind of relief your body needs! Can't say enough high praise about him in one short yelp review, you'll have to book him to see what I mean! read more

James Ellyson was great. The space is cozy and peaceful. It was just what was needed for stressful times!

I always leave here feeling great. Brandon and team are thoughtful, listen to your concerns, and target the areas you're wanting to have worked on. Would highly recommend Precision Healing to anyone who wants a solid massage. read more

Precision Healing was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist. My 90 minute session was truly a gift to my body. I felt heard by my therapist, Brandon, and he knew exactly what was going on with my hip and shoulder. It was such a helpful session, and made for a much better week ahead. I am so looking forward to my next session, and I have confidence that things will continue to get better thanks to the care of a great massage therapist. read more

Whenever I am in Portland one thing I never miss is a massage at Precision Healing. Everyone there is as good as it gets. I hesitate to say how great they are because I don't want to have trouble scheduling an appointment when I am here. read more

I received a massage from James this week and it was great! It is my second massage with him and I think this one was even better than the first. He checks in with you on pressure and is really good about working on the areas that you have pointed out that need extra care. I had some knee pain and he worked in that area and the day after the pain was gone. The space is cozy, warm, welcoming and clean. I wish I could go every week! read more

Brandon is my goto massage therapist bimonthly. As a busy healthcare practitioner myself, I make sure to invest in self care so I can give my best to my patients. He is very knowledgeable about the human body & how it works. I highly recommend Brandon for massage! read more

Dana. I have extreme chronic neck and face pain. I searched Yelp for somewhere I could go to help and I found many positive reviews about Dana. In desperate need of relief I booked an appointment and I have nothing but positive to say. I've been twice now and The space is beautiful. She really listens a to your needs. Her pressure is firm and consistent. I leave feeling reprieve from constant pain and relaxed. I would recommend to anyone. read more

Gifted my boyfriend a healing massage with Dana for his birthday and he said it was great! Any pain he struggled with was gone immediately, and for about a week after. The booking process was simple and clear. A great experience over all. read more

Had such a wonderful massage by Kristy. It was very relaxing while also being extremely effective on the knots & tension I have in my shoulders. Will definitely be back. The studio is upstairs in a beautiful old building in NorthWest, but definitely allow time to park, since it's a very busy neighborhood. read more

I've seen Dana and Diane and had amazing experiences with both of them. I highly recommend this place. Leave yourself some extra time for parking though so you don't feel rushed - NW 23rd can be busy! read more

I have been going here for years and I always leave feeling refreshed! got a massage from Dana during covid and I was really impressed with the safety precautions. I waited in my car until they were ready for me, got my temperature taken at the front door, washed my hands, and then went into the cleaned and aired-out room for the masked massage. They're cleaning and airing out each room between appointments. Fantastic experience! read more

Very pleasant and conveniently located place, friendly and hardworking practitioners, and convenient online scheduling and paperwork.

Jesus for President!! But in all honesty, hands down the best masseuse I've ever seen. I've been getting regular massages for at least 15 years and have finally found my main man! His attention to detail, depth of knowledge about the body (how it works, how to handle you so you feel your best, what pressure, where...). My body has never felt so good. Mind and body. I now know how good I can really feel, how I am supposed to feel. Thank you, Jesus! read more

If you have spine issues or related muscle issues in your back, glutes or hips, I would highly recommend Jesus Garcia. He goes above and beyond. I've suffered from sciatica off/on for the past 15 years due to a herniated/ruptured disc on a nerve. When I first came to Jesus last winter, I could barely stand up (I was very hunched over). I was also in pain. Over a couple sessions, Jesus massaged me back to stand like a normal person! He does incredible deep tissue and trigger point work to get to the problem areas. I go to Jesus for continued massage therapy, as often as possible, and look forward to it (and how relaxed and free of tightness my body and muscles feels afterwards). Jesus cares a lot about helping you get out of pain, which is crucial, but also about helping you so you can function better in your daily life. read more

LASER PRECISION BY Jesus! I've never had anyone do what Jesus has done! Please treat yourself to the 90 minute session. You will not be disappointed. Outstanding communication while relaxing and realigning the body to its proper position. I've had a locked up shoulder from years of sports. Jesus opened it up with his laser precision work. Just from one session I've had relief I thought was never possible. Just reschedule appointment. Can't wait to see him again!! read more

Jesus is amazing!! I pulled a muscle in my throat while doing yoga and couldn't shake it after a day and found myself not sleeping with intense stiffness that had spread from my neck to my shoulders and back. I was able to schedule an 'emergency' session with Jesus and he helped me speed the healing process. I have had many massages of the years and Jesus definitely has the skill, intelligence and kindness you want in a good massage therapist! I highly recommend! read more

Jesus is a magician. Period, end of sentence. I've suffered from scoliosis and back pain my entire life, and I am no stranger to PT, chiros and deep tissue massage, but only once in a blue moon do you truly find healing hands of his nature. Don't even bother with a 60-minute, treat yourself to the 90-minute and let everything go. read more

I have been seeing Mimi for a couple months now and she is truly fantastic! Her pressure is spot on for what you need and she always seems to know where my body needs work. The entire practice is warm, respectful, and goes above and beyond! read more

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! Jesus was amazing. Last weekend, I decided to treat myself to a 2 hour massage. I have had quite a few massages since moving up to the Portland area 2 years ago from the Bay area, but I just haven't found a therapist that I have wanted to go back to. Well that all changed last weekend when I found Jesus. He has a tremendous talent. You are in for a treat if you book with him. You can tell he loves what he does and your body will thank you for it. He worked all my trouble spots and made sure to check in with me about pressure throughout the 2 hours. I have to tell you, four days after his massage my body feels great! I will definitely be returning over and over again. I am also making an appointment for my fiance and can't wait to see the look on his face after his massage. I know he will love it! read more
