Before I decided to write this review I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. So I waited a few more visits in before I wrote it. Look, I didn't want to be responsible for an unfriendly kitty visit. Nope! You will not blame for that. The place is very clean and somewhat sterile when you walk in. The receptionists are friendly for the most part. There is one with RBF and she always looks like that. So just ignore her. The person I see is Alex. Let me tell you. Alex is so quick with the rip. You see what I just did there. LOL! Anyway, Alex is always super gentle. I mean she is as gentle as it gets. Hell, she's ripping hair off your pretty kitty. I would venture to say Alex is right up there with my OB/GYN. Alex makes you fill comfortable and at ease with process. If you're new she talks you through the process. If you're an OG like me. Hell, we're catching up on life. All while warm wax is being placed upon my nether regions. So you may ask will it hurt? Hell yeah. Will tears come to my eyes? Beauty is pain. Deal with it. Will my kitty thank me? Absolutely. Will my kitty turn on me? Yeah, she's a kind of a bitch. So I recommend you exfoliate to keep her happy. Is the review for real? Yep!

I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip. Obviously I would tip, but with laser away its all up front which is great! The only thing that I feel like LaserAway could have is music while patients are getting their lips done/other procedures. I've been to another medspa before and they did that and I like it. I will be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

The team at the front desk was super accommodating and even recommended additional services that complimented my sugaring. Bailey was kind, polite, and--most importantly--professional. That might sound small, but in my experience, a lot of skin and body studios put more emphasis on attitude than expertise, when really both should matter. I tell you what, you get what you pay for. I've bought Groupons way in the past for laser hair removal on my legs. Clearly didn't work because here I am. What finally made the decision for me happened today. I called ahead to say I was running three minutes late and was told, "No worries, take your time." I checked in and waited more than five minutes for my technician. Then another client arrived, checked in, and my technician took her back, even though her appointment was scheduled AFTER mine (and her time had not arrived yet, per the person at the front desk). I asked the front desk staff member to let my technician know she had taken the wrong person, and explained that I had another appointment right after this one. She declined to step away from the desk. With no time to wait for someone whose appointment hadn't even started, I had to leave. With prices rising on everything, people are paying closer attention to what they spend and what they get in return. Loyalty should count for something, and today it didn't. Based on the reviews I've read, I'll be calling Milan Laser or Ultimate Image MedSpa next.
