We had a party of 20, he allowed us to bring our own ice chest and we were all very comfortable. My friends had a great time and I ended up being a hero for planning a cool Valle de Guadalupe trip :)

West was unavailable…read moreduring our trip, but he made sure we were taken care of by referring us to Uncle Jose--and that worked out perfectly. After a quick and easy walk through customs, Uncle Jose met us right across the street and got the day started smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable right away. He guided us through a mix of local shops and restaurants, then gave us the flexibility to visit the spots we specifically wanted. We made our way to Puerto Nuevo for lobster, which absolutely lived up to the hype, and of course stopped at Restaurante Caesar's--the birthplace of the Caesar salad--which was a highlight of the trip. Uncle Jose took great care of us throughout the day and made the experience easy and enjoyable. If you are able to walk across the border and walk back or take a $10 shuttle back into the US, ask for Uncle Jose a warm and knowledgeable local that will take great care of you. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun, safe and stress-free Baja adventure!

It was a pleasure to spend the day with Carlos, great to be around and was a wealth of knowledge about everything from TJ throughout the Valley. Just took the train to the border and walked across. Once we figured out there were a few crossing points it was pretty easy to find the car in the correct meeting spot. My only regret was not booking a couple days for the trip to the valley, will definitely book again next time we're in San Diego.

Inconsistent Pricing & strained driver. Had family visiting…read moreSan Diego for the 1st time & thought this would be a nice way to see the city with them. I Had checked prices on line & saw tickets were $49 for 1-day passes. Looked great! However when we arrived in person at the ticket booth on April 9th & wanted to purchase 4 tickets, it was $85 per ticket for 1-day passes! $340 for 4 people I thought I had misread the on-line price. But we hadn't. Prices are NOT consistent. Most dates are $45. Some days were $53. For whatever reason 4/9 was $85. It made zero sense & I felt scammed! It would have been cheaper to drive ourselves & pay for parking & skip sites we had no little interest in. Or, get on the actual red San Diego Trolley & explore that way. Our driving "J" seemed nice, but commentary was a mix of really cheesy jokes & facts. When we got off & re-boarded again hours later, we were a bit bummed to have the same driver again. He seemed a bit..frazzled cause we were running a little late, traffic was building up around 4pm & some kids on the trolley were loud, which required him to talk over them. He frequently stopped & asked us all to lower our voices, even though it was 2 parents 3 unruly kids doing ALL the yapping disrupting the tour. Listening to them made me regret even more we paid $320 for this experience. IF you do this activity check/get tickets on-line so you can actually see the prices that specific day & avoid paying double & feeling ripped off. The overall experience wasnt work $320 & I'll never take visiting guest in this tour again

Morty pick us up at our hotel which was very accommodating since we did not have a vehicle. The full day coastal tour was packed with beautiful vistas, historical sites, gardens,beaches and natural habitats. We had frequent stops along the way to stretch our legs and take in the sites. Bring your camera and a hat and be ready for a day of touring the scenic San Diego coast. Definitely will do a trip with Morty again and maybe visit some of the other trip options he does. His knowledge of the area was impressive and was a pleasure to be with for the day.
