Definitely a great tour experience, from the reservation to the pick up and drop off. It started…read moreoff a little shaky, we were supposed to meet a 930am, but, when 10am came we got a bit worried, luckily I was able to contact Emilio and it all got straightened out. From the few minutes that we interacted with Emilio, he seemed to be a really cool dude. He got all the boring paperwork, rules and regulations out of the way so that we can start having fun. His crew that was there that day was great, but, Carlos our guide was the man. We booked the ATV and Zip Line combo, at first it would have been perfect timing, but, our cruise ship decided to leave 2 hours earlier than what it was when we booked the tour. Carlos, on the fly, improvised the itinerary to accommodate our time constraint. The routes that he took us on was great, we felt safe, but, at the same time gave us an adrenaline rush, first the city streets, then the mountains, then a little free style riding in the mountain. Once we were done with the ATV, he drove us to the Zip Lining spot Las Canadas, the drive was about 45mins to an hour, but, even that was not so bad, we chopped it up like we were all friends just hanging out. Zip Lining was awesome as well, the place had their own crew that guided us on the zip lines and bridges, they were cool too. On the way back, we had just enough time to hit one taqueria spot, great food, fresh hand made tortillas. Over all, my friends and I had a wonderful time in the little part of Ensenada that we explored. I would definitely come back just to experience the other tours that ATV Ensenada have to offer, or even just to hang with some pretty cool people of ATV Ensenada.

He was super friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable for the drive. He told us a little bit about Valle and how he's lived there for 25 years. On my way back, I had a different driver, who was Natalie. She was super nice and the ride back was so quick, probably because it was the morning and traffic wasn't too bad in Tijuana yet. She was helpful in directing me to find the line to cross the border. Without the direction from her, I would have definitely been confused. They made this whole process so seamless! They were on time and available for all the questions I had leading up to the rides as well. I will for sure use them in the future any time I'm traveling somewhere driving distance in Mexico!

On February 26, our wine tour for 3 people was confirmed for March 14. Two days before the wine tour, I asked Michael about refund policy since I was terribly sick and didn't want to expose him nor the driver. We expressed to Michael that my two friends were still going to Rosarito for the weekend and still wanted to go on the wine tour if possible. But still on March 14, the girls didn't hear back from Michael and were very disappointed that they weren't able to go on the trip they expected to have. Per our last conversation with Michael, he promised a $200 refund on March 16 (which didn't arrive on that day so we kept insisting with phone calls, PayPal requests, Facebook messages to the business account, and emails to get our money back). He said the rest of the money was not able to be refunded because transportation scheduled for us and the reservation at Finca restaurant could not be canceled. Transportation costs worth almost $300 in Mexico for 3 people...unbelievable! He had been irresponsibly ignoring all of our messages which made us think he is either unorganized or scamming us. We are not pleased with his delays in response, and we hope your priority, as a business, is prompt response, transparency, and costumer satisfaction. Despite all the hassle, we received the $200 on March 18. Also, Michael reached out via FB on March 19th (after one of many messages trying to reach him) and offered us credit for a future tour. We do not trust him, nor the business. We do not recommend making any business with these people.
