I have been with his service approximately 11 or so years now and am happy with him as my HMO primary care doctor. I have only one thing that grinds my gears and that is like most doctors a human never answers the phone and you have to navigate several choices to get to someone who can help, then wait for a call back. Personally I do not care for this or the crappy music you are forced to endure while waiting, but like I said most doctor groups do this as a regular practice. You should choose Dr.Chong he is a very good doctor that has taken good care of me over the years Dr Chong is the one for you, Give him a try you too will be satisfied with his care. TOM )

He requested blood work to be completed before my visit so he could go over the results. He gave me all the time I needed for questions and he went over everything thoroughly. Very good care. The office staff was helpful in setting up my appointment and sending me forms in advance to fill out to save me the time of doing them in the office. I appreciate when I make a phone call I get someone in the office to help and not an answering location away from the office. Parking was very easy. Dear Dr. Siman, You…read moreare amazing and definitely the best OB/GYN I've ever had! I appreciate your style so much: warm, kind, considerate and 100% informative. I love that you take your time before and after the examination to discuss concerns, questions, or just anything in general. You always take my crazy concerns/notions (do I have breast cancer?) seriously and never think I'm overly worried/concerned. You follow through with the necessary exams and tests, ensuring that I feel comfortable and that we receive the results that we need. One of the best parts of your office is that I honestly have never had to wait long for an appointment. I've seen some other reviews for the other doctors in this office where people have complained of long wait times, but I've managed to luck out every time. The office staff is also really wonderful. The front desk girls are nice and sweet, and always promptly take care of appointments, insurance and all that other fun stuff. Furthermore, they always follow up with phone calls and reminders. A definite plus. I've referred a few friends here, after being referred myself, and everyone always gives me positive feedback as well. Thank you for being you!!! All the best, SabrinaAnna*

When I finally do get through I am told a nurse will call me back and they do not. It's not until I call three or four times that I am finally taken care of. JUST TO CLARIFY- THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR DR.SIMAN. It is unfortunate that the front office staff is so incompetent and rude because the actual doctors are wonderful.
