This review is long overdue. Conceptions Florida isn't just…read morea fertility clinic, it's a village. From the moment you meet Dr Hernandez-Rey your faith will be restored. Going though the IVF process is one of the most emotionally, physically and financially draining events in ones life, so it's important to have people that are up to date with state-of-the-art equipment, knowledge, science and also heart. I started my IVF process at the Coral Gables location and dealt with the most patient nurses ever, Alex and Anay, I did also have brief but pleasant dealing with Maggie, Brittany and Ashley. Don't get me started on the embryologist Mike, he knows how to connect with you, explain your eggs once retrieved, and breaks down the most complex science into plain English. Dr.Hernandez-Rey is simply a godsend. Without him and his team I wouldn't have my daughter. Dr Hernandez-Rey was always open and honest with me, which is so important to manage expectations. He made me feel as if he were a family member working with me to achieve a goal. He is more than a doctor, he is a friend. All to say, if anyone is going to jump into the IVF or IUI world, go ahead and talk to the best team out there. Conceptions Florida is a miracle maker. PS I love their Miramar location! The major events you will still do in coral gables.

All of these women who were told these went on to have many children and most of them didn't even need any intervention, the got pregnant naturally. I changed to Dr. George Attia at UM who told me to get an ovulation kit and start trying any while he redid my tests. I got pregnant naturally, no intervention, within just a few months. I repeated to my OB what I was told at Conceptions and even she looked puzzled. In afterthought, this place just feels like a scam, trying to make money by lying to you.

We made the decision to reach out to Boca Ivf. It was the best decision we could've ever made. It's very scary finding an IVF doctor in the first place. It was nice to walk in. See the doctors get thorough and clear numbers, instructions and percentages when it comes to Ivf I am so truly overwhelmed and grateful for my experience with them throughout our time with Boca Ivf. They became like family member members they have an online Portal which they are highly responsive with most of the times anytime I had a question and called. They would make the time to get on the phone with me, which is rare in any doctors office let alone Ivf every single person in that office has impacted our journey I am very grateful and blessed to say that my husband and I, after our first attempt Got pregnant I am 14 weeks in three days today I get to experience this miracle that we have waited So long for. Any words I could use would simply do an injustice to how grateful I am and always will be to Boca Ivf, Dr. Roberts and her whole team.

If you're struggling with fertility, this is NOT the place to seek care or compassion. My…read moreexperience with this clinic was not only disappointing but deeply upsetting. After dealing with the emotional difficulty of trying to conceive, I called to schedule an appointment only to be met with rudeness and condescension from the receptionist Deborah. Instead of offering the basic kindness and understanding you would expect from a fertility clinic, I was spoken to in a demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. Deborah was also ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and mentioned I'd have to first fill out a form will all of my personal information to then be accepted as a patient. Hoping this was just an individual mistake, I called back to speak with the office manager. To my shock, she doubled down, refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and even mocked me instead of addressing the issue. No apology, no accountability, just pure disregard for the emotional toll that comes with infertility. A fertility clinic should be a place of support and empathy, not humiliation and hostility. If this is how they treat people before they even walk through the door, I can only imagine the cold, impersonal experience patients receive in their actual care. If you value respect, compassion, and professionalism, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Warning to Women IVF FLORIDA Lacks Compassion and Professionalism: Do Not Waste Your Time IVF FLORIDA Shows No Care or Respect for Women. Deeply Disappointed IVF FLORIDA Failed : No Empathy, No Flexibility, No Care,My Experience at IVF FLORIDA. If Youre Looking for Support and Respect Stay Away from IVF FLORIDA I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct and lack of patient-centered care I experienced at IVF FLORIDA's Coral Gables location, specifically involving a staff member named Heather and the general front office team. I had scheduled a consultation for egg freezing over three weeks in advance. As you are aware, this is not a casual or minor medical matter -- it is a deeply significant and time-sensitive decision for many women, including myself. Initially, the staff were courteous and helpful when assisting me with the appointment. However, once a minor error occurred with the referral from my primary care physician, the tone and behavior from the staff shifted drastically. Despite explaining my limited availability (only four days off in a month), the staff refused to work with me to accommodate any midday or afternoon appointments -- options they initially seemed open to. I was repeatedly told "no" without any attempt at a solution. I was even pressured to travel to another, less convenient location (Pembroke Pines), despite clearly scheduling my care at Coral Gables. The dismissive tone and lack of effort to find a compassionate resolution were both upsetting and unacceptable. After weeks of coordinating with my primary doctor to meet their requirements, I was ultimately told they couldn't help me simply because my availability did not align with their rigid scheduling. I was not offered a waitlist option or any flexibility. The interaction made me feel as though I was being punished for something outside of my control -- despite being an informed, cooperative patient. The lack of empathy, flexibility, and professionalism shown by this office reflects poorly on the clinic's values. I am deeply disappointed that I lost time, energy, and emotional peace only to be met with complete disregard for my medical needs and personal circumstances. I am submitting this complaint not only to express my personal experience, but to also protect other women who may be considering this practice for something as important and emotional as fertility preservation. Compassionate, patient-centered care should be at the heart of any reproductive health facility. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

They gave me the report and images on a usb drive immediately after the sonogram and he promptly emailed my dr in Nyc the results. Everyone raves about Dr Fink, and yet 99% of women now a days don't ever get to see him. If you are…read moreconsidering this practice because you have heard great things about Dr Fink, know that more likely that not, you will never see him. My review on his practice: STILLBIRTH DELIVERY on 1.1.15 Longest and most heartfelt review I will write on yelp: From day 1, I never waned to see Dr Tumero, as a close friend of mine had a still birth in 2nd tri under her care. Said friend reviewed her file with head doctor (Fink), both came to the conclusion that closer monitoring and treatment could had made a difference. Fast forward and guess who I get stuck with? Yes, Dr. Tumero Details:I had a regular doctors visit on 12/31/14, during my ultrasound, tech noticed that heartbeat was slow, she quickly called Dr Simmel in and I was asked to head over to baptist for further monitoring. Upon arriving to baptist (5 minutes later, as building is right next door), my daughters heartbeat was detected by monitor used by nurse. Five minutes later, Dr Tumero (who was on duty at hospital) shows up and requests bed side u/s. U/s tech arrived within a couple of minutes and by then, my daughter was gone. Between time of my arrival, check in, blah blah blah, about 10 minutes passed. Though you maybe thinking, 10 minutes is not that long, it is when your child's life is at risk. Knowing what I know now (further testing detected that I have an autoimmune disease which often correlates with still births if left untreated) I understand that OTHER factors COULD have caused my daughters passing, however, we did not know (still don't) what "the cause" was when it was all going down,so my thoughts are: If Dr. Simmel called baptist to let them know that I was heading there with baby with slow heartbeat, why the delay in dr Tumero showing up? My daughter passed away at this hospital, all while we were present. Why was an emergency c- section not done if one minute there was heartbeat and not the next? so many questions. I know that nothing will ever bring her back, but I question the response time and how the situation was handled. ------- As if what I described above is not reason enough as to why to avoid this practice, here are additional mishaps that took place during pregnancy. I had a VERY healthy pregnancy, so my visits were short and to the point. However, there were many mishaps along the way, one of them being that a test which is done during 2nd trimester detecting abnormalities was overlooked. They apologized for that, and during that time I didn't think it was a big deal, but after having lost my child, I wish that every single test had been done. Aside from that, there was a lot of back and forth with medication prescribed (Diclegis for nausea and vomiting) the office sent prescription to my pharmacy for wrong amount (less pills) so I was having to go back for refills every couple of weeks, spending more money per bottler, wasting time and gas. It wasn't until the pharmacist asked me why I hadn't just ordered 100 pills to begin with vs 30 at a time, that we were able to correct the issue by calling obgyn and having them send correct prescription. U/s tech with long hair- this lady is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in the industry. I do not recall her name, but I saw her twice early in pregnancy and requested not to see her again. I tried both times to initiate small talk (commenting on her daughter's ballet pictures/ asking about her day) and got nothing. She always had a crappy face on, and was non responsive. Having an u/s done is both exciting and stressful, she did zero to make the experience more pleasant. Please stay away from this place if you are expecting, it is my only suggestion. During a doctor's career, there is no doubt that lives will be lost for x or y reason. I just REALLY feel that my daughter's life could have been spared, if things had been addressed promptly.
