Had an appointment today. I was informed that my copay would be higher because I hadn't made edmiston my pcp on my insurance. I called my insurance and they changed the pcp to edmiston. When I informed the administrative worker she informed me that it did not matter and the copay would still be charged as a specialist. I asked her to call my insurance company and confirm that edmiston was now my pcp and my copay could reflect a pcp visit. She informed that she was too busy to call and could not help.
