I ended up spilling it all over the floor (totally my fault). I went up to order a new one (planning to pay because again..my fault!) and the staff refused to let me pay and even brought me my new drink to the table I was at. Talk about customer service! It just makes you think that you just got a watered down version of an espresso / coffee pod by brewing it again from a reused coffee pod, that's how this place makes you feel ... basically absolute crap taste.
