I also brought in a few other items for repair, and they went above and beyond to bring my vision to life with precision and artistry. One of the repairs required extra attention, and I appreciated how the shop kept me updated throughout the process and called as soon as everything was ready. Their craftsmanship, communication, and genuine care make them a rare find. But the employee started to tell the customer how horrible it is to live in Honolulu and continues to bad mouth the city. Ummmmm.... Both my cousin and I just spent $500+ in your shop and we are both born and raised in Honolulu. We both think Honolulu is a pretty great place to live. Not cool to talk badly about another city - especially if you are 20 years old (she told the guy that) and haven't lived in Honolulu for an extensive time. Unprofessional.
