This is a great spot to get lunch or dinner on the low. Very clean. Extremely reasonable prices. And HUGE portions of meat in the tacos. The salsa is a little spicy but still good. Service was great. Will be back.

Gordita Nopales
Alexa S.

Came for dinner on a Wednesday night, service was quick and friendly. I ordered a tamal de rajás con queso, one gordita de nopales and another one de rajas con queso as well as a Champurrado. The Champurrado was very good and perfect for the chilly weather. The tamal was huge, soft and moist, and spicy. The gordita de nopales was big and stuffed, The Nopales had a lot of flavor and were very soft. But the gordita de rajas con queso was the best, it so cheesy and the rajas were grilled and cooked to perfection. My mom had a taco de al pastor and carne asada, she really enjoyed the al pastor and the horchata, but wasn't a big fan of the steak taco. Wasn't a big fan of the chips and salsa options but my food didn't really need salsa. Will definitely keep coming back for the gorditas.

Quesabirria
Michael P.

Quesabirria!!! All you have to know, and they do it very well. Lots of extra cilantro and chopped onion to toss into your little pockets of heaven. One star off because their lengua and salsa verde were pretty bland. None of the meaty flavor for the tongue and the verde had no character. But man that birria!

Tacos were LOADED with filling and flavor! So good!

I had the carne asada burrito, it was mid and a can of pop for $17. Pretty sure a chipotle burrito is cheaper.

My first visit to La Birria Loca…read more I was initially expecting a sit-down restaurant, but it turned out to be carry-out only, with a few picnic tables in the back for seating. That was a surprise at first, but we made it work. One thing that caught me off guard was the pricing. When ordering, I was asked if I wanted pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole, but it wasn't clear these were additional charges. I assumed they came with the meal. Three orders plus drinks ended up being over $100, which was unexpected. I did have to double-check the receipt, and to their credit, the staff quickly removed the extra charges once I brought it up and told him I didn't need pico, sour cream and gaucamole. Our tab still came to $87 for the 3 entrees with drinks. Despite that, the food itself was very tasty. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared, and we were genuinely surprised at how good it was. Consume was one the best I've had hands down. They portion sizes are well worth it. Their hot sauces were also excellent, with spice levels clearly labeled by number, which made it fun to try different heat levels. Overall, even with the confusion around pricing and setup, I would definitely come back again for the food.

The place is very quiet, just some soft Mexican instrumental music playing in the aground. Good Tequilas is quite large, although we rarely see anybody there right when they open (Monday and Tuesday they open at 3).. At least for women (so I imagine for men as well) and they offer Disabled parking and have a ramp at the entrance. The food, well, if you eat meat it's great. If you are a vegan, not so much. First of all they were deceptive and dishonest for many years. Most vegetarians would not think to ask like me Hindu (vegan), but the rice and beans were prepared with chicken paste. I mean, they could have been sued if I made a big deal out of.it. So anyway, the host/server today told me that they no longer use chicken paste in their rice and beans, they are pure vegan.. So I ordered a rice, beans and guacamole. The guacamole there is quite good. I tried a bite of the rice and beans, discreetly spit it out in my napkins. I tried a bit of rice and discreetly spit it out in my napkin. I just ate my same order as always fot many years, chips are salsa are complimentary. I hate salsa. It is not just Good Tequilas salsa, I just refuse to put salsa in my mouth. Chips and guacamole thums up. So today, with the inedible rice and beans, my check came out to $14. That's on me, as I ordered the plate of now vegan rice and beans. My American husband loves the place, and so do I if I stick to free chips and guacamole.

While I haven't tried everything there from what I have tried I can guarantee most if not all the menu is going to be a good choice. We had Chilaquiles with red sauce, the burrito lunch combo with fries and they gave us some chips and salsa to start. Literally everything was amazing. The burrito was probably twice as big as I was expecting it to be for the price and it was fantastic. The fries were great too. The food also did not take long, which helped if you need to get back to work after a quick lunch break. Drinks wise they have some cans of Coke products and Jarritos, and some bottles of water. This place should absolutely be on your list for lunch if you're in the area.

Los, as she calls it, serves up some delicious more authentic Mexican. It is a fast casual eatery that seems to be a favorite amongst locals. The menu consists of a lot of your tex-mex staples like tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and more! You can dine in or carry out, although you get complimentary chips and salsa if you dine in. Service is good and the food comes out quickly. If you order separately, you have to order and pay at the front, otherwise your server will take your order. The inside is very casual and not the cleanest, but not to the point where it's unappealing. The chips were decent and were warm when they arrived. They looked more like Tostitos, but they appeared fresh so I assumed they were made in house. The salsa is great, a little sweet, a little spicy--perfect! I ended up ordering three steak tacos and a pork tamale. The tacos do not come with complimentary rice and beans. I personally appreciated this as I wasn't in the food for either on this particular occasion. Food came out about 8-10 minutes later. Served made to order, everything looked phenomenal! The steak tacos had two tortillas each, filled with ample amounts of tender steak, some shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and topped with tomato slices. I loved the corn tortillas as they seemed homemade. Homemade tortillas are a game changer and automatically amplify any Mexican dish. The steak was flavorful, a little chewy, but still good. The tacos were packed with steak and they were very filling. My friend got the chicken tacos and they came with onion and cilantro. These appeared more "authentic" than mine, but I still liked mine. Now the pork tamale was easily the best I've had. The corn masa had the perfect texture and the pork was very flavorful. I would recommend this as a side for sure! Overall, I enjoyed Los and can see why my friends Cole here for a causal dinner together. It seems like the perfect spot to grab a chill dinner with friends. Food seems authentic, service is decent, and the vibes are super chill. I will say, this place gives "hole in the wall" kind of vibes, but trust me the food is great! I really loved the homemade tortillas and the pork tamale, both hit the spot. Portions are large and the food isn't expensive at all. Would definitely try it if you haven't already.

Normally that would not bother me, but while trying to enjoy food, the overpowering smell of floor cleaner takes away from the experience. All of my food and even my soda tasted of soap.
