After seeing my review, Malie reached out to me. I always say there are two types of business…read moreowners - ones who could care less about the customer feedback and ones who take customer feedback seriously and take it as a chance to improve. Malie is the ladder, luckily. Malie sent me a professional email to rectify the situation by offering to take a look at my lashes and also offering to pay for a month's supply of Latisse (albeit, this didn't cover the $300+ I paid for the lashes that only lasted less than 2 weeks plus time spent growing back my lashes and time spent having to apply fake lashes daily until my natural lashes grew back to normal, but I took her up on her offer). Malie also reached out to the company of the lash extensions regarding my situation. I didn't feel like she was trying to buy a better review out of me either - it was genuine. And I'm glad to know she didn't cut my lashes. To be fair, my lash hairs were pretty fine (more fine than anyone I've seen) so the extensions could have just been too much for my lashes and now I know. The Latisse has worked phenomenally. It's been almost 1 month and my lashes have definitely grown longer and I think they are a tad thicker. All in all, it'll work out in the end and the way Malie professionally handled this experience shows she really cares about taking care of her clients.

Their website and Google Maps lists 3421 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118. That is incorrect. The address on their Square confirmation is the right one. I normally get my lashes done while I'm down in SJ. It's cheaper and there are more options closer to home there. This time, I needed to get them done before a trip and I wasn't going to be down in SJ for quite some time. Found Change and decided to check them out since I'm in Outer Rich and this isn't too far. Making an appt is easy and no CC needed to secure. The lash tech Rachel is a sweetheart. I asked her what type of fans she uses and she actually makes her own. I thought that was kinda cool. Bespoke lashes! I don't have a lot of lashes and they are thin, so my appt took the standard 1.5 hours. Less actually. I sometimes have reactions to the glue used at other spots. That didn't happen here. My eyes were sting free. I'm used to leaving an appt looking like I have lash blindness as a lot of them fall out in the first few days or so. Once past that point, they normally look good. I didn't need to deal with that here. Hardly any fallout. And they still look pretty good today, like a month later. With all the discounts mentioned above, I think the price of my appt was $159 something, so just under $160. That's actually comparable to the prices I pay in SJ. I just gave her $200 to include tip and called it a day. I thought lash fallout was just a part of getting extensions. Glad I discovered Change. Showed me how quality lashes can be. I believe they do the same discounts above for returning clients within 4 months. If that is the case, I will definitely be back for my next appt! REVIEW #3993

The idea behind wispies is you have lashes of varying length versus a straight graduated lash, so not full anime but not an even length either. Previously Asalya worked mostly at Yuki Lashes when I noticed she had been showing up less and less on the schedule. Imagine my surprise when I ran in to her (almost barreled her down bc I was late) looking for my old masseuse in a random building on Union St and we gave each other the, "What are you doing here!" I was so so excited to learn she was opening her own place! She is always prompt, starts on time, knows exactly what I want and is really gentle and never causes pain. Also shes super hygienic and I always have great retention unless I wear strip lashes or get lazy about cleaning them. I get compliments on my lashes everywhere - even in Asia and NY where people are insufferably vapid. Even men compliment them...not like I do it for them :) Also never had an issue with my lashes sticking together or eye irritation. Perfect fans and isolation every time. On the rare occasion I submit to a foreign fill from someone else due to my travel schedule, I would always get compliments and then shock I get them done in SF. The beauty game in SF is sadly just not as strong so I hold on to my asalya lashes with dear life Overall highly recommend and her new place is on a really convenient location in Union on the second floor of a walkup. She really has done my favorite lash extensions in all san francisco/the marina. I also love how she goes with my vibe and is happy to have me chat or just snore my stress away and listen to podcasts (my default lashing energy).
