The place is easy to find, very clean and stylish inside and the technician was so kind and knowledgeable. However I was disappointed they only do electrolysis on gray hairs only. They tried to explain their policy to me on that but it just didn't make sense since electrolysis is permanent hair removal and laser is just faster way to remove hair but not permanent. Both process sting so it's not the pain that's a problem. Anyways I tried laser for the first time and have setup more appointments in the future to see how it goes. I may stick to laser on my armpits and legs.

Today, I went in to get a pedicure and gel manicure. While doing the pedicure, Jhanvi mentioned that the nail polish was thin and she would do three coats. I expressed that I was concerned about it drying properly. She said "no no, it will dry." While doing my gel manicure, I kept an eye on my toes and noticed the nail polish was pulling together on the big toenails and was drying with air bubbles. I pointed it out to Jhanvi. She looked at it. When she finished the gel manicure, she dismissed me. I then asked if she was going to fix my toenails. She said it would cost $5.00 to fix the left big toenail and $10.00 to fix the right toenail. I asked why because I did voiced my concerns about three coats and then I mentioned the way it was drying while she was doing my manicure. I didn't even leave the chair. I was in the salon within the hours that were scheduled for my appointment. Jhanvi then started raising her voice. I paid, then went over to Simi Hair Salon to look for the owner to address my experience, but he wasn't there. I spoke to someone else who works there and showed her my toes. Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far.
