The place is easy to find, very clean and stylish inside and the technician was so kind and knowledgeable. However I was disappointed they only do electrolysis on gray hairs only. They tried to explain their policy to me on that but it just didn't make sense since electrolysis is permanent hair removal and laser is just faster way to remove hair but not permanent. Both process sting so it's not the pain that's a problem. Anyways I tried laser for the first time and have setup more appointments in the future to see how it goes. Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated.
