My overall stay was good, but I have a few complaints. For starters, the room had a musty smell…read morewhen I first walked in, the walls were pretty dirty, the tables never got wiped down in the breakfast room, ever. And you can hear a lot of noise above you if your room is on the first level. Also the tv is not a smart tv, so no streaming platforms. That was disappointing. Other than that we had no other issues. Not a bad stay but not a great one either.

This hotel was absolutely fine, plenty of space in the room. It comes with a mini fridge, microwave a work space desk, dresser and tv, and near the door there's a space to hang some of your clothes along with an iron & ironing board. In the morning from 6am - 9am they have free breakfast with bagels, bread, mini individual cereal packs, juice, bacon, eggs, and sausage. Over on Hancock near the Red Line station there's a CVS &. 7-11 closer to the hotel so you can grab some essentials, also in that area there's a block with about 10-15 various restaurants. For me this was a good enough location to get in and out of the city without breaking the bank. Also the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful with and accommodation to me with my check in and checking out process.

The rooms are clean, walk-in showers in the bathrooms nice sofa on most rooms big windows decent air-conditioning. Breakfast is good quality we had turkey sausage in the next day cheese omelettes. The coffee machine is on all day for fresh ground coffee. There is a laundry facility on the fifth floor. It's free with the key card. If you have status and need a late checkout, be sure to request it early as they have a limited number of spots. Early check-in is also unlikely if you're coming on a red eye plan to wait a few hours or going into town and spend the morning and early afternoon there. The room was well equipped with full-size refrigerator/freezer microwave dishwasher utensils. We received money by being able to eat in the room and only had to order Doordash once. Nice seating area in the lobby plenty of comfortable couches and a very large dining room for the breakfast buffet. The Front Desk also has a little snack area with some frozen foods, snacks and drinks.

We stayed here for 3 nights, mostly due to price as it was less expensive in Quincy than downtown Boston. Conveniently, there's a subway station within walking distance which we used to get downtown. We used a ride-share to and from the airport (around $50, 2026). SMALL SUITE The suite includes a kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2-warmer range top, sink, dishwasher, sponge, towel, dish soap, coffee K-cup machine and dish ware. It's not the largest suite ever -- no sofa or second TV or anything like that. PROS: ~Quiet ~The room is equipped with the basics like an iron, ironing board, safe, comfy bed, 2 pillows pp, clock, USB ports, Dove toiletries in pumps including lotion, extra towels, nightlight. ~Modern decor ~Nice lobby seating area with coffee/tea ~Clean, except for a 'hairball' we found on one of the bath towels. See my notes about the cleanliness of breakfast below. ~Staff were friendly enough, but not overly so, verging on kind of 'off'. ~Quick responding elevators CONS: ~No real views to speak of. ~Found a 'hairball' on our "clean" bath towel. ~ The breakfast area was nice with plenty of seating, but that's about it. The floor was sticky to the point where your shoes made a big 'schwack schwack' sound when you walked around. I complained about this after our first breakfast, but it didn't improve over the the next few breakfasts. ~I had to pull several utensils out of the tub to find clean ones. ~The breakfast area was soulless with no music playing or TV news on. (There was a TV, but it wasn't on). Breakfast staff were not seen much and when they were, they were not jolly, smiley or communicative. ~There are 2 coffee machines each with regular or decaf coffee with flavored milk available. Only paper cups are available, (no china). The cups are too hot to hold without placing napkins around them when filled with coffee -- there are no 'sleeves' available. ~There were splashes of milk down the cabinets fronts near the coffee machine. ~Breakfast items included pre-made omelets, meat patties, plain and flavored yogurt, juice, tea, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, pre-wrapped muffins, whole and chopped fruit, oatmeal (it was inedible the first 2 days as it wasn't cooked properly), bread items. It was adequate, but not the best hotel breakfast I've had. Many of the 'hot' items weren't that hot. ~The jams and honey were in gross squeezy containers that everyone handles. After the first day, I decided to use peanut butter that was provided in disposable portion packs. Overall a decent hotel, but breakfast could be vastly improved. Helpful?

Our Fundraising here was a huge success! On Saturday June 6, 2026 at the Ocean Side Adams Inn in Quincy on a perfect sunny day from 5-9 at an outside Tent and Gazebo to a full house. It was the 2026 College Leadership and Civic Engagement Scholarship Fundraiser in honoring our schools youth in excellence and highlighting one of Quincy's own Restaurateur, Jimmy Liang! Prior to the Festivities a bountiful amount of BBQ and Salads were enjoyed! MIA Yeung, Board Chair presented her opening remarks and then presentation of this Historic " Moon Award ", to Jimmy Liang - Chairman and Founder JP Fuji Group and Restaurateur, For his Commitment in Supporting the Korean American Community and for Helping KACL - NE meet its Goals to Support KACL - NE Scholars. Jimmy Liang accepted and gave a speech of Thanks! Then came the important time to award the recipients of the Scholarships and Awards to these 8 outstanding students ranging in age from 15 - 19 years old. Bob Campbell, Vice Chair and Julie Kim, Board Member Presented each award while they lined up on stage. Darren Kim - Boston College Eric Kim - Lexington High School Isabella Kim - Lexington High School Edward Kim - Acton-Boxborough Regional Suzie Kim - Boston University Hannah Lee - Brookline High School Maggie Lee - Natick High School Simon Lee - Avon High School CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! Then came the Entertainment portion of this Event, Helen Hong - Comedian and a regular panelist on NPR RADIO, "WAIT WAIT DON'T TELL ME", including many appearances on " Silicone Valley ", " Never Have I Ever" on Hulu and other Networks. Her comedic timing and life stories made the guests laugh and applaud constantly even when she chose to single out her parents and their trip to Korea recently for alittle Refresh! That did not stop there she touched on Korean Flight Attendants as Models and since this event was a Fundraiser she pointed out random guests who she thought had money which made all of us laugh out loud including one of the Sponsors, Linda Champion running for District Attorney for Suffolk that couldn't stop laughing! After the show we all gathered for conversations and lots of Photos! This event was possible by the generosity of Sponsors which are: JP FUJI GROUP, Eastern Bank, Boston Korean Business Association, Council of Korean Americans, Tae-Tae's Kimchi, Boston Korea, Chinese American Heritage Foundation, LINDA CHAMPION - for District Attorney To all that has and will continue to support and be Sponsors the KACL-NE     THANKS YOU! There were 3 mice traps alone in my room. I walked in and found an open cxndom wrapper behind the bed. Mold in the bathroom. The sink is falling apart and the wood is rotten. The cold water pressure is super low. Holes in the floor, walls and ceiling. Stains everywhere with paint chipping off the walls throughout the room (don't know if it's lead). The curtains are screwed shut so no sunlight. Plus the window doesn't open so no fresh air and the broken AC unit had a really bad smell that was unbearable even after being in the room for a while

This place exceeded my expectations…read more First the good: The hotel is modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The included breakfast had a bunch of options including scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and fruit. The staff were helpful. The location is great: two short blocks to Target in case you forgot anything and to the T for access to all of Boston. The not so good: The walls are thin. You'll hear people stomping above your room. The bathroom had one small towel rack. It would have been better to have another on the wall since there's space for it. For no conceivable reason, they put a large metal bar under the shower head. So any time you shower, you get to hear bad music as water hits it and again as the shower head continues to drip after you turn it off.

If I had needed two queens that would have been annoying. But with this set up, I had a suite. Bed was comfy. I didn't try the couch. The bathroom with shower was nice. There was a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. There was a desk, a sitting area and two tvs. I would stay there anytime again. I came mid way into the free breakfast. I only got a raisin bagel with cream cheese and coffee oh and some bananas. They had other options like powdered eggs, waffles, other fruit, cereals. Not sure what else. Oh nice looking chocolate muffins.

This is a wedding venue hotel and facilities like the patio and the parking lot…read morewere blocked off to accommodate the events, leaving other paying guests to work around those events. If the Marriott is going to host weddings and other events, they should designate sections of the hotel for event people to stay in so that regular guests don't have to hear loud talking, shouting, loud music, kids running through the halls, doors opening and slamming at 1:00 in the morning, etc. I've stayed in other hotels that were hosting weddings, but the hotel management in those places knew how to organize space to make wedding attendees and regular guests both comfortable. Not this Marriott, sadly. And I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. FYI, no lobby coffee. Starbucks opens at 6. Early morning in the lobby there is rather loud piped in music, so I tried to go outside for peace and quiet -- wrong -- the patio was blocked off for somebody's special wedding event, at 6:30 in the morning already. There is no other outdoor seating. Also, there is no microwave in the room, which is a normal amenity for even lower priced hotels. Water $5 in the lobby market. There is a mini fridge in the room. Staff is nice and professional. But I wouldn't stay here again unless I was assured there were no private events being hosted.

Had a cery fun upbeat/outgoing front desk person but that is it oh and a nice gym and big backyard area. The breakfast that we got was tasteless and not many options to choose from. My room was spacious the window seemed a bit small for the size room it was. The bed oh man was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I think I have ever been on. I barely slept the night I was there. Also, the mattress cover was put on inside out and I think they forgot to put a sheet over that one. I slept on the outer most layer. Worst night sleep ever. Thankfully it was only for one night though. I tried to fall asleep on the couch too that was in my room and that too was uncomfortable and I sank into it. One other plus to this hotel besides it friendly front desk person and the gym and courtyard is that it is walking distance from a little outdoor shopping area that includes a starbucks, tavern in the square, ben and Jerry's and more stores.
