I have had them work for me a couple times. The first time, they were fine. They rebuilt the rock foundation of a cottage on the water. It has held up for almost 8 years now. Last Fall, I had them come to rebuild support walls in the water around my properties. I think the guys did some nice work. It would depend on who showed up for the day. The work done was ok.
They were very messy. They left beverage cans laying around & didn't take their trash even after I asked. The area being rebuilt has loads of rocks that could be used (the ones that fell out of the original wall) but I had to buy new rocks in the form of boulders that they chopped up on the property. They left a giant boulder on my lawn with assorted trash, rocks, boards, etc. I was disappointed. I didn't expect that. The owner came by to see and eventually sent people to tidy up a bit. They plopped the boulder on the edge of one of the walls they built and cracked it. I called and he said he would come back to patch it. He does respond but I shouldn't have to ask them to do things that they should have done on their own. If I have them back, I will have to supervise the job since it's not done by anyone else. The owner is a nice guy. I just would like better inspection upon completion & if there's a problem to deal/fix it before anyone has to ask. A notification of an issue that they plan to return to fix would be acceptable. read more
