It's in the name! ((TREND MALL)) it really don't matter where you're going. They have an outfit and…read moreaccessories for it. Some of the material is good and some not so good. I come often for last minute because I really shop online. Dressing rooms are available in the back and it's plenty of people working around to assist if need be. They have a large shoe section. I'm talking boots, heels, flats, slides and tennis shoes. Now is the perfect time to get cowboy attire while they have plenty in stock. Tall girl here! And far as the pants go issa no! lol I'm 5'9 and I prefer a 34 inseam or plus. Unless you like flooding cool. But I haven't found any taller friendly pants to my liking.

I purchased $267.24 worth of items from Trend Mall, but I realized once I got back to my hotel that…read moreone of the most expensive items out of the 13 items that I purchased was ripped. The night that I purchased the items, the store was closing so I called the store as soon as I saw the rips to ensure that my long distance number would be on the store's call log when they opened the next day. Unfortunately they did not have an answering machine. I attempted to return the ripped dress the next day even though I'd detached the tags. I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. If only Fanny & Isaiah's manager, Pablo, had great customer service skills like they do, I'm sure the store would have a 5-star rating!

What a beautiful experience to get matching permanent bracelets with my son! This was so cute!!!!…read moreMy son is known for loosing his jewelry and this was perfect. You can get 14k gold, white gold or even gold filled. The options are anklet, bracelet or necklace for permanent jewelry. Meaning no clasp but if need be (it can be cut off) They do have charms and other jewelry as well. The price varies depending on the chain and length that's custom to you. It can get pricey tho! I'm coming back to stack my bracelets with this coupon they sent me lol. It's for men, women or kids!!! It can be adjusted too

This place is at the corner of Shepherd and Nett, on the first floor. As expected of the area,…read morethere is no obvious parking for the business. You have to find some nearby street parking and walk over. I had a perm bracelet from another place that needed to be shortened. I sent an email inquiry to ask if they provide this service before going there (I've gone to another place where they refused to work on anything that wasn't purchased from them so I wanted to be sure before heading out of my way). The email reply confirmed that they do provide this and that it would be $15. I made an appointment online and selected what I needed done. The website showed that it would only be $10 for a single loop and that it required pre-payment. So I paid and headed to my appointment. When I arrived, I told them I was here to have my bracelet shortened and the lady working there told me it would cost $25. I explained that I made an appt and pre-paid it already. She replied that it was just the deposit, not the total cost of the service. It was not clear during the booking that it was a deposit only but fine (maybe it would have been obvious if I had selected something way more expensive and being charged $10 instead). This was fine since the deposit gets applied at the end anyway. I also explained that I have an email reply saying it would cost $15 so I don't know where the $25 came from. She hesitantly agreed that she would only charge me $15 instead. I paid for the $5 difference at the end of the appointment. The inconsistency in the pricing (with additional confusion on appt deposit) is frustrating. I like having a clear idea of what I'm paying without any surprises. The work itself was fine. She clipped off my bracelet, took the old loop off, clipped off the extra length and zapped a new loop on. I'm happy with the end result.
