Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. This is the company that Lowe's uses if you want to repaint or replace your cabinet doors, which is what I was looking to do. You make an appointement at Lowes, then they send your info to Miracle Method. They tell you Miracle Method will call you within 2 days. I went into Lowe's on 3/12 at 10 am. By 3/19 (1 week) I still had not been called. So I called Miracle Method. I was told that my info had been sent to the wrong location, she had to transfer my data and someone would call me. One week later I received a call. Total so far, 2 weeks. I scheduled an appointment at my house for 4/7. Ernie Franco was my estimator. He arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. During this appointment, he was very professional and took very detailed measurements. This was a Tuesday, and he said I would have the quote by Friday. Well that did not happen. A week and a half later (4/17), I called Ernie looking for my quote. He did not answer so I left a message and also sent an email. Still nothing. On April 23 (another week) I called and again he did not answer. So this time, as it had now been over a month since I started this process, I left a message saying that I guess you did not want my business as you have never resonded back to me. Wow shocker, this time he called back. This was a Thursday. He said that he was sorry that his manager had gotten a concussion and she was not able to produce any quotes. Sorry, but you only have 1 person that can write a quote and for over 2 weeks she was not able to do that? He said that he would write the quote himself and send it to me by Monday 4/27. Well this is now 5/9 (almost 2 more weeks) and still no quote. I did stay in contact with my Lowe's rep (she was awesome) and kept her in the loop as to what was happening. She said she would notify her managers as Miracel Method was a new company Lowe's starting working with and obviously this was not the customer service that they were looking for as well. So basically 2 months from starting, I still have no quote. read more

Miracle Method did a great job on refinishing my shower in my master bathroom. During the first visit, Ernie was friendly and was able to provide reasonably priced estimates. If you are getting a shower refinished and the bathroom is connected to your master bedroom, you may want to move your stuff out before the service starts. Kyle, the technician working on my shower gave me some time to move whatever I needed out of the room before he started. He also gave a detailed and easy to understand explanation of the process. Here are a couple of notes: 1. It is a two-day process. The technician was at my house for about 6 hours on the first day. You won't be able to use your shower/bath until the morning of the third day. 2. There will be a smell coming from the bathroom the service is being done. They will provide a large ventilation fan with a hose attached sticking out of a window that airs out the stench. Whatever you do, don't turn on your house ventilation because the smell will spread throughout the whole house. I was told to wait about 3 hours after the end of the first day to let the smell dissipate before turning on the house ventilation. As mentioned, I moved the stuff I needed out. I had to sleep in a different room for 2 days. If you're looking for someone to repair or refinish a tub or a shower, I can recommend that Miracle Method does a great job! They also repair/refinish sinks and kitchen countertops. Edit: There was only one bad thing. The technician didn't install the shower doors correctly. One day I took a shower and one of the doors fell. Had to look up a video on how to correctly put the door back. read more

However, we recently made arrangements to have our kitchen sink redone and they did not appear as scheduled . The technician said he would be about 12PM and never appeared. We called to complain about this situation and the technician called back to offer a 5PM schedule or another day. Created a request and got a call to get a person to take a look, so far fast and easy. The sales guy arrived and shortly quoted around 3-4 thousand dollars to resurface the kitchen countertop and sink! They talked about how it would stink up the house for a few days with it needing to be aired out and whatever. When I expressed surprise at the price and expressed I've gotten similar jobs done for less than 1K in the past (me and my family invest in real estate in the sacramento and bay areas), the sales person got condescending and weird, started to make remarks like "disgusting" towards a totally spotless kitchen (there was a rust stain on the counter as it was a rental, it happens), doesn't bother me, but shows the unprofessionalism when you simply call out the price. Which in my opinion is just a BS overpriced scam. For that price I might as well get a brand new countertop! We ended up going with Giani Marble Easy Epoxy Countertop Kit, the DIY kits cost around $200 and they look great! Like actual smooth marble, there's other great options as well, both epoxy based and stone, but we prefer the epoxy it looks soo good. We got our normal trusted handy man to do them, but watching him and speaking with him its something we could do ourselves. He took his time did a great job and we saved a butt load of money. I think these guys target older people that are not able to research and find alternatives. IDK would not recommend, the high price with the many available alternatives simply make no fiscal sense, ie. they probably thrive on making sales of opportunity. read more

We found Miracle Method at the Home Show in Sacramento. None of the other kitchen / bathroom vendors knew about the proper method of anchoring Grab bars so naturally we choose Miracle Method. Their estimator came out, explained the options and installation. Everything including the price was great so we went ahead with the project. The following Monday, their installer came, verified what we expected and installed the Grab bars in the shower and toilet area. Oh My, I am sooo HAPPY. This is our 4th time using Miracle Method, so clearly we have always been happy with the results. But, I have to say our tech, Jerry, did an extra pristine job! Yes, the tub/shower/counter/sinks look terrific, but then there was Jerry himself. At times I forgot he was even here, he was a quiet as a mouse. You could have had your infant baby sleeping in the next room. Of course, you wouldn't want to do that on spray day, but you get what I mean. Anyway, Jerry's a great guy. The whole process went smooth as silk. From our initial call, the estimate (thanks Ernie, lovin' the non-slip tub bottom), then work in progress, and final finish . . . Big ol' A+++. In 3 days, Miracle Method came in and refinished my countertops making them look brand new. The countertops are very durable, they don't need any special cleaning. If you're like me and not ready to fork out for a full bathroom remodel, or remodel prices are out of sight, MM is a good alternative. I spent hours scraping caulk before I even knew of MM! I could have saved my time by booking sooner! They do ALL the scraping! Bit spendy but best bet around. had a standard shower stall & pan refinished in master bath. Plan on having bathroom and maybe near by windows open overnight when they spray is applied. Finished product is shiny and sealed. Plan to mop after and dust - like any small remodel there is some homeowner cleanup. I'm hoping the new finish will last for the 5 years it is guaranteed for. CONS although I was contacted they were running behind, the tardiness meant the project went into a 3rd day rather than done in 2 days. asked tech to wear shoes so as not to track dust/etc through house but no shoe coverings and dust WAS tracked each time he went to truck. (see below - he did clean up the bathroom!) PROS sent pics via email and booked w/o a rep visit. booking appointment was fast. i didn't find the smell as long lasting as other reviewers. opened windows and use a fan - it was ok. they set up an exhaust fan in the bathroom for overnight and hung plastic to block off work area. total time was within what was estimated (see below) Elias was pleasant, patiently answered ALL my questions, was accommodating and did an AMAZING job of cleaning up when done. read more

Beware, if you have a small home you should plan to leave for a couple of days or more until the smell dissipates. Understand that this is a two day process. Day one lasts up to six hours. You will have a large ventilation hose hanging out one of the windows. Day 2 is non skid application - you cannot use the bathtub until the evening of the second day. This company should heavily warn of the toxic fumes. I cannot imagine it is safe for occupants to stay in the home while this is being done. We have a small house, around 1100 ft.² with only one bathroom. We are in between day 1 and 2 and the fumes coming from the bathroom are nauseating, The hose could not stay on overnight because we could not safely leave our window wide-open. The is gagging, eyes and throat burning and tightening , even with a scarf covering my face. Do not underestimate this - it is horrible. None of this was explained in advance. The work is not yet complete so I cannot comment on the job. read more

The employees were very helpful and I got to take a sample case with colors to my home. I can do my house in different phases and that was nice. My backyard neighbors hired this company to resurface their tub. There was a loud fan/filter running most of the day that multiple neighbors were coming outside and asking what the noise was. Okay, whatever, work happens - it's loud. Evening rolled around and they were still working. I was coming home on my bike and smelled a very caustic chemical smell. As I got closer to my house, I thought it was coming from my house and opened my back gate and was immediately hit with it. My eyes and nose started burning, they still are several hours later. Whatever chemicals they were using were being vented out a huge tube straight into our backyard. It was a Sacramento evening, our windows were open - our whole house was filled with fumes. My partner has asthma and had a headache and her throat was irritated. I walked to the house and the worker was in full PPE, I'm talking full body suit, hood and respirator. This shit was blowing straight into our house. I asked him if it was toxic (obviously I knew the answer) and he said yes. This company made ZERO effort to notify us or other neighbors about our potential exposure or even give us an opportunity to shut our windows to protect ourselves. I could smell the fumes down the block. Our neighbors left with their baby because they were concerned for their health. SUPER IRRESPONSIBLE. I am sure there are OSHA requirements that mandate the worker to be protected but the company gave zero shits about who else might be impacted. read more

Thank you Miracle Method of Sacramento for making my bathroom tile look as though it had been that color all of the time. Thank you Kyle for your thorough prepping to refinish the bathroom and kitchen countertops. Even though the process took four days due to a refinish of bathroom tile & Kitchen countertops, it was well worth it. If you're unable to deal with chemical smells, I would suggest staying elsewhere. We appreciated the blowers which helped with the smell. If you're in need of new countertops, bathtub or tile refinish; Miracle Method is the way to go...A lot less money than having granite/marble; demolition, etc. My contractor thought I had made a great choice in choosing Miracle Method. My husband and I are so please with the outcome. Kyle did an excellent job with communication as when he would arrive; he also did an great job in cleaning up after the job was complete. I had my shower faucet replaced and the plumber left a big 4x4 inch hole where the old faucet used to be. The plumber decided to use flex tape to seal the hole. Needless to say, the plumber never told me this would happen when he went from replacing a one handle faucet to a two handle faucet. The flex tape looked hideous and tacky! So I called Miracle Method to fix the hole. The plumbing company paid half. Miracle Method did a phenomenal job! It looks as if there was never a whole. He matched the color exact!
