I was having a heart attack, looking at remodeling our master bathroom. The lowest estimate I got was about $25,000. Then I found Miracle Method. They repaired my fiberglass shower floor, which was cracked and peeling. Then they resurfaced the shower and jetted tub to a like new finish, that matches the relatively new toilet in the bathroom. And they took 80's era ivory and black tiles and resurfaced them to a neutral speckled almond. The bathroom looks like new! I couldn't be more thrilled. I had my bathtub resurfaced because of a horrible ring around the tub left from a previous tenant. No amount of scrubbing or bleaching could get rid of it. I called Mircle method. When they came out to give an estimate on 3/3/22, I showed them the ring I was trying to get rid of. They assured me their resurfacing would get rid of the ring. They resurfaced the tub on 4/19/22. It was beautiful until 2 days later. After completely drying, I saw that horrible ring around the tub showing through. I called them and they came out to look at it. The person who looked at it immediately started cleaning the ring with his products and machinery. after cleaning, he claimed he did not see a ring. He claimed it was a shadow. I called the office to let them know I was not happy with his findings because there clearly was a ring. They sent another guy in August, supposedly one of their top guys. This guy also started with cleaning the "supposed ring" with their products and machinery. After that dried, he claimed he was seeing the radius of the tub. What?! He said he does see the ring, but it's a reflection of where the wall and tub curves to meet the bottom. What a bunch of hogwash. Miracle Method's guarantee is full of crap. If it was a radius and/or a shadow, why didn't the first person who came out to give the estimate mention either of these things? They should not have "guaranteed " the end result. Why did both the latter men immediately start out with cleaning if they didn't see a ring? if it was the radius or a shadow, they should have been able to identify that immediately. but they started cleaning so they saw something. Between all these visits, I had three handymen who were at my home for other repairs on 3 different occasions look at the tub to see if they saw a ring. all three of them clearly saw it and i videotaped their responses. MM did not even look at the videos. Everybody saw the ring except Miracle Method. ok they scammed me. they are full of crap. buyer beware. they also promised me a senior discount which i never got. i called the office and was promised they'd send a check for the discount. that never happened. At first I was extremely happy with how my tub looked after the job was complete. Within a month though I noticed a dime sized chip on the tub floor. I called to see if they could come out to touch it up or what could be done. I sent pictures of the chip as well. They said they could send someone out free of charge but it would have to be when they have a job in my area. I agreed, understanding it may take a little bit. they said they would call me and set something up. That was over a year ago and I haven't heard anything since. Basically they just yes me and hope I'll forget over time. Well I didn't forget and I think its poor customer service. Once they get your money, you turn into an after thought. My husband and I had miracle methods come redo our nasty tub and surrounding wall. The guy who came was super nice and did a great job. We were so pleased but 2 weeks later we dropped a shampoo bottle in the tub and the tub chipped! We called Miracle Methods and the said they would send someone out when they were in the area. I have to say, my husband I were skeptical about whether a refinished tub would look as good as a new one in our otherwise completely renovated bathroom. Well, we were thrilled with the results as well as with the overall service provided by Miracle Method. It started when the franchise owner, Ted Fisher, came to our house to check out the old tub and give me an estimate on refinishing it. He's a very nice and knowledgeable guy who I immediately felt good about giving my business to. In addition, Miracle Method, unlike other tub refinishers I checked out, gives a 5 year warranty. Miracle Method sent Brian to do the job. He started out by stripping the finish off the tub (which, apparently, had been refinished some time in the past) and came upon damage such as rust and old flower-shaped slip mats etched deeply into the tub surface. He showed me each problem as it came up and gave me the options as to how to deal with them. Given that we wanted the tub to end up looking and functioning as good as new, we opted for repairing everything and the results were terrific. I also want to add that we were nervous about the refinishing process going on in the bathroom with new tile and fixtures everywhere. Brian worked meticulously and not a drop of any of the products used ended up anywhere but on the tub - where they belonged. Let me start with a happy ending. The work that Miracle Method did to refinish the bathroom tub and tile (both old and somewhat damaged) in my Boston rental property (condo) looks and feels fantastic. I am 100% pleased with the result, as are my tenants. Getting to this point was a bit of an ordeal. For whatever reason, the technicians originally sent to do this work (first for the tub, and then for the tile) screwed up in one way or another. I was not happy. Dealing with this had cost me a lot of time and energy. What is great is the way that this company stood behind its work and process and finally got the right people here to do the job. To me, this is worth a lot. I didn't have to plead or threaten to get them to do the right thing, they just did it (even going an extra mile to get 2 technicians out to my place on a Sunday so the work could be done before my new tenants moved in).
