My condo was built in 1984. The kitchen was done in tile squares which had several places where the group was deteriorating and impossible to keep clean. I was looking for an inexpensive way to make it look better without paying for a whole new kitchen. This company cleaned and regrouped (as needed) my old kitchen countertops for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace them. I would have given them a five but my technician overlooked a few places and I had to call him back to get him to complete the job to my satisfaction. read more

I recommend this company. Had my kitchen counter resurfaced from formica (yeck!) to what looks like granite at the fraction of the cost. Dave was professional, curtious, and left my kitchen cleaner than when he started. read more

We had them refinish our culture marble surround, and our old bath tub with a chip. It came out fabulous!! We did faux granite on the surround, white on the tub and they are sealed as one piece. No more moldy caulk! $1700 for a all new tub and surround. Our tech was Victor. He was prompt, polite and worked very hard. He practically ran all three days of the job and finished as promised. We love the results. Yes, it was very stinky. The bathroom has no windows, but we have a swamp cooler so we just directed the air out the other windows. If you are sensitive to fumes, you may want to stay away during the job. read more

Friendly, prompt and courteous. I had the bottom of my defective Lasco fiberglass tub/surround reinforced to resolve cracking issues, and the tub is better than new. The only variable at this point, is how the tub fares in the long term. In the meantime, I'm happy to report that these guys are good workers! read more

Bath tub looks better than when it was new...process was simple and no added charges to original price. Workman was professional and even cleaned up after job was complete. Very pleased with results. Five year warranty on resurface. A lot less expensive than new tub replacement. Highly recommend. read more

I called to get an in house consultation because we have a large kitchen with a lot of tile that needs to be refinished. We are refinancing our house and I mean serious business. But the only time they could give an in house consult was like on a Wednesday or Thursday at 3pm with no other options. Seriously? And their show room is closed on the weekends? I guess they don't need business. I even said to the girl on the phone I guess I'll take my business else where then and she was like ok. read more

I called Miracle Method to refinish shower tile panels along with tub/shower pan. Scheduling and appointment went smooth. Day 1, as the tech was removing a shower panels, a few tiles literally broke and fell. This company does not repair tiles; tiles they broke due to the nature of the job. We were instructed to contact a tile company/contractor to repair the broken tiles. The tech claims that this happens often. If so, why aren't they equipped to repair common damages, this one done by them? Their website does claim the following: "Can you help us with a little tile repair too?" Absolutely! Miracle Method's trained technicians will expertly repair your damaged tile prior to refinishing your tub & surround in a beautiful new color scheme. Call us for details. http://miraclemethod34.reachlocal.net/sacramento/photo-gallery Not true. False advertisement. Literally, 10 tiles on the edge fell in a linear fashion, only 10 to repair/replace; nothing as complicated as the picture on the website. But no, they do not repair tiles as they advertised. Anyway, so I called to report this matter and the rep by the name of Brian I believe, claims this usually doesn't happen. While again, the tech conducting the job claim it happens often. Anyway, long story short, they don't repair what they damage. The tech completed two out of the three bathrooms, left the shower door of the broken tiles bathroom outside in our yard with the shower rail still attached to the shower pan and thus, we paid for what was completed, but never rescheduled to refinish the other bathroom. On another note, the tech is an expert in his field and the refinish tubs looks good with some over-spraying noted (will have to repaint those areas so ensure there's extra paint around). However, he didn't wear shoe covers to prevent dirt tracks on our carpet as he was in and out a lot during a wet season nor was there any barrier for foot traffic. Two other companies we hired for other jobs were very professional and provided covers to protect our carpet from dirt tracks. read more

The technician from Miracle Method did everything right, from a customer satisfaction standpoint. He came out to coat our 1960's pink bathtub to a more contemporary white color. He was polite; he arrived on time; he protected all surrounding surfaces; he worked hard and completed the job in a timely fashion. I am in the process of moving and having to deal with all sorts of repair people . . . lots of little jobs. And none of them demonstrated the courtesy and customer service that Miracle Method's technician did. I have no idea if their rates are higher than someone else . . . time is money, and hassle is taxing. I'd rather pay for courtesy and hard work than pay less for more hassle. read more

We recently had a tub and shower combo and another shower redone with Miracle Method. We had used another location in the Bay Area about 9 years ago and were very happy so we decided to try them here. It was a great choice. Wonderful economical way to update a bathroom if your tile is in good shape but just needs a refresh or color change. The technician was prompt, very personable and professional. The bathrooms were only out of service for 2 days each. I have already referred two neighbors who were very impressed with the results. We have two very active boys and the product held up extremely well even under tuff use. read more

Very happy with the results. My bathrooms and kitchen sink were badly in need of rejuvenation and my realtor recommended Miracle Method. I only saw their work via photos on the internet and in their brochure. The finished product was much better than the photos and exceeded my expectations. In addition the technician (Mr Conejo) who did the job was friendly and helpful. read more

I just had Miracle Method resurface a whirlpool tub that never worked in my house. It was a perfect habitat for mildew and bacteria despite my valiant efforts to keep it clean. They patched the holes where the jets were and resurfaced the entire tub. I could not be happier with the results. It truly looks amazing. No evidence at all of the jets that were there and the new surface and caulking look so clean and fresh. I am delighted! read more

Great work provided by Miracle Method. They did an amazing job with our bathroom. Under budget, extremely efficient and professional.

Miracle Method has done work in all my bathrooms. I'm not sure when I had the original work done, but I believe it was 15 to 20 years before areas started showing wear and had to be re-done. The work has always been stellar. I gave 4 stars only because the tech who came out last time told me areas were "dirty" when I was commenting why I was having those areas re-done. I have my house cleaned professionally twice a month on top of what I do. The areas were not dirty. I have very hard water and it leaves deposits. In addition, he asked if he could play his music and I said yes, except no country western. Guess what. Country western music. Ugh! Closing out my review, I would recommend Miracle Method. They do beautiful work and I think the prices are fair. read more

Miracle Method, I had three rooms done. Kitchen, and two bathrooms. Counters, sinks and tiles. The men were trustworthy, accommodating and worked very hard! The rooms they did look like new. I picked colors that look like granite. Rooms are brighter, clean and flaw free. I love the job they did. And they were very cute also! They were on time, worked full days and vented the odor away from house and pets as best they could. I would recommend them to anyone. Much less expensive than granite. Love it, Love it, Love it. Of course, since counters look so nice, I had to paint the cabinets, but looks like new now! Elizabeth Sorensen Cool CA read more

My 35 year-old tub and shower look like NEW, thanks to the skilled work of Miracle Method's technician, Jerry!

Oh my gosh- how much time do you have for me to explain the HORROR of dealing with this company. The one star is because my shower does look very nice. The -4 stars are for the complete pain in the butt this process was. AWFUL. First I was told that the tech would come on a Monday around 10. When I called at 11:30 to find out where he was, I was told by an extremely rude person that actually my window was 10-12. The tech finally showed up at 11:58. I have never dealt with a service that pushed the window so far. I also never had a reminder call or a "heads up" call like pretty much every other in-home service provides. Next, when the tech started I asked what "all day" meant. I was prepared that it would be the majority of the day, but wanted to know what he was thinking. He said he'd be here until about 6 or 6:30. He left at about quarter to 8. I was stranded from 10-8. Ugh. I was told that the next day would be quick - he'd be here from 8-10 and I'd be able to use my shower again that night. I was also told there may be a "slight" odor. When the tech left at the end of day 1 he said he wouldn't be back until 10 because he had to pick up the doors for the shower (why that was an extra 2 hours is totally beyond me). So I'd only planned on being home that day until 10, and now he wouldn't even show up until that time. I assumed, based on the quote, that that meant he would be done by 12. When he came downstairs at 12 I asked about how much longer it would be. He said an hour and a half. What's the hold up? I asked him and he said he was behind on the first day (that had already taken way longer than the estimate). He said he was sick. So on day 2 (that again, was supposed to be done by 10) he didn't leave until nearly 3. But don't worry - he STILL WASN"T DONE!!!!!!! The "slight odor" was so bad that I had to leave and spend the night at a friend's house (after having had to sleep on my couch the first night due to mess/smell). So on the 3rd day of the project he came back. I asked him to be back "first thing" which, based on their scheduling I assumed to be 8. He came at 9 and took another 2.5 hours and said I can't use the shower until tomorrow. And I will probably have to leave again because the smell is making me sick! So to re-cap: told it would take a day and 2 hours and that I'd be able to use the shower by the end of day 2. In reality it took 3 days and can't use the shower until the 4th. When I called the office I was told by the same extremely rude guy I had talked to the day before that I misunderstood all the estimates. The owner (who, by the way, gave all the estimates) of the company called and in fact I had understood properly all the estimates but was basically told "things happen." He took $50 off the total, which in the grand scheme of things ($1600) meant very little. Basically - wouldn't dream of recommending to anyone. ever. as my friend said - maybe it's called miracle method because it's a miracle if they finish on time. read more

They refinished my tub for price quoted and did it on time. The process was simpler than i thought it would be. I would definitely use them again. Far more affordable than buying a new tub and the tub looks brand new. read more

We had our kitchen sink resurfaced by Miracle Method. It started flaking off almost immediately. They came out and touched it up, but the problem continued. They came out again and told us that the problem was due to "impact damage" and not covered under the warranty! (They pointed us to the fine print of the contract.) The only "impacts" that our sink receives is through normal (and gentle) use. I would not recommend their service to you. read more

I was very disappointed in the salesman who sold us the job. He arrived early for our appointment and did not want to wait for my husband to arrive to explain what the job entailed. He was more concerned that he lives in Woodland and there would be traffic on the way home, which really was not our problem. He did not bring any samples of the product to show us and barely spent any time looking at the bathroom we were remodeling. It was clear that he wasn't really interested in the job. On the upside the technician that did the work was on time, very pleasant and did an excellent job and we are really pleased with the results. The tile around the bathtub and the shower looks like new and works beautifully with the granite we did on the counter. read more

The finished product is good from far, but far from good. The people are nice and prompt, but It's an expensive quick fix that's only useful if you want to delay remodeling your bathroom. The cost is about double a new bathtub, not including install cost. BTW a DIY enthusiast could install a new tub in about the same time they take to refinish one. read more

I recently purchased a 20 year old home and the bathtub was pretty disgusting. I was shopping price on having a new tub installed when I decided to see if there was some way to refurbish the existing tub. Miracle Method was extremely easy to work with. The people on the phone were knowledgeable and courteous. The gentleman who came to refurbish the tub was polite and professional. The tub looks better than new! It's gorgeous and clean and beautiful for 1/3 the cost of replacing the tub & surround. I am really impressed. I highly recommend. read more

Well, if your shower is totally messed, you will benefit from this company. I had Brandon coming to my house in Central Valley and he did a great job. He also cleaned up after finishing the job. Also I had an emergency and they were accommodating. Very well run company. Kudos to the management. 5* read more

i'm very excited about the consultation which took place today with tom woltmon. many thanks for excellent communication, for a timely arrival, and for listening to my needs and advising accordingly. tom carefully explained the estimate to me, and he explained the process for preparation, application of the new surface, that there would be a fairly significant aroma for a little while, etc. can't wait to see my beautiful new master bath! read more

Outstanding service, beautiful results!! Highly professional staff and considerate service. Ray was wonderful, polite and very considerate. I am sorry off the resurfacing for so long, the difference in the sink and tub is incredible. I highly recommend Miracle Method in Roseville, CA. I have used Miracle Method once before to refinish my tub. It came out beautiful...just like new! After looking at my kitchen sink and realizing it was looking very tired and scuffed up, I decided to call Miracle Method to see if they do Kitchen Sinks. They do and Garrett came out to do the two day process. He was extremely professional, and friendly. Love my "New" looking sink! I highly recommend them. read more

I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Miracle Method. I walked into the showroom to ask a few questions, and they came out to my home that afternoon for the estimate. The tech pointed out a lot of damage and stated that two of my projects (a kitchen counter because of the rotted cabinets beneath it and a vanity sink) were too damaged for them to work with. They also told me that I had loose tile on the shower that needed to be fixed. I was happy for the honesty in saying what they couldn't do (better than my stuff being damaged). They referred me to a tile repair place that fixed the loose tile within a day. The estimate for the items Miracle Method could work with was extremely reasonable. The only reason I've chosen not to go with miracle Method is that I hadn't realized that it would be nearly a week before I could use my tub or sinks. Boarding my roommate and four cats for a week in addition to the cost of the project is more than I can afford but that is certainly not the fault of Miracle Method. I appreciate that Miracle Method was honest and up front rather than trying to push through a project that just wasn't good at this time. Thanks, Miracle Method! I'll be back when I'm in better financial shape read more

Miracle Method refinished my bathroom sink and in less than a year the cracks reappeared. They did come back out and refinished the sink again and in just a few months the cracks were back. I called them again and they sent out a very unprofessional man that was very insulting and told me I would have to pay to have it redone. This product does not work and why would I pay for it again. I do not recommend this company or their product. No stars for this company. read more

We really like the 34"x60" shower stall that has been in our master bath since we bought our home 18 years ago. But it had yellowed with age and I could no longer get it clean. After looking at home-improvement stores and online, we were frustrated that we couldn't find a new unit that we liked nearly as well. A contractor suggested we use Miracle Method to refinish the shower. We're so glad we did. We are THRILLED with the result; the shower stall is sparkling and looks brand new! The tech who did the work, Brandon, arrived promptly as scheduled, was courteous and pleasant, and worked diligently. The job was done in a timely manner and was cost-effective (less than what buying and installing a new unit would have cost). Exceeded our expectations. read more

I made an appointment for an estimate to refinish my kitchen sink and I was very impressed with the professional manner and integrity of the person who came out. I wanted to choose NO stars but the review won't post without at least 1 star. I waited 2 weeks for repairs to a brand new shower surround which was damaged by the contractor . Just a few cracks and corner fixes. The contractor took it in and agreed to pay for it since he damaged it. Today we went to pick it up. The charge was $675 for these few spots. The whole thing only cost $800 new. They did NOT repair all of the cracks. One that they did repair had very obvious visible flaws. Terrible workmanship at the most outrageous prices. My contractor told them we would not accept it in such condition. The manager was out and later called my contractor and told him he would charge more money to fix the flaws in their work. We have the work order stating that all cracks were to be repaired. This is a business to avoid. Lousy service and exorbitant prices. I asked for the owners name and contact number and was told he is on vacation and only comes to the shop about once a month. We are to met with manager Monday. This is a rip-off. read more
