Excellent job from start to finish with professional installation. Will recommend to friends and family.

Our new tub was cracked during installation. The technician (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was AMAZING!!! He was very informative and explained everything he was going to do. It only took a couple hours. After he finished, you couldn't see the cracks. It was seamless. I would highly recommend Miracle Method. Thank you for great, friendly and though service. read more

My apologies to Miracle Method Sacramento and Kyle for me taking so long to write this review. Thank you Miracle Method of Sacramento for making my bathroom tile look as though it had been that color all of the time. Thank you Kyle for your thorough prepping to refinish the bathroom and kitchen countertops. Even though the process took four days due to a refinish of bathroom tile & Kitchen countertops, it was well worth it. If you're unable to deal with chemical smells, I would suggest staying elsewhere. We appreciated the blowers which helped with the smell. If you're in need of new countertops, bathtub or tile refinish; Miracle Method is the way to go...A lot less money than having granite/marble; demolition, etc. My contractor thought I had made a great choice in choosing Miracle Method. My husband and I are so please with the outcome. Kyle did an excellent job with communication as when he would arrive; he also did an great job in cleaning up after the job was complete. So far, all is well. I have recommended Miracle Method to my friends. read more

I just had my bathtub resurfaced by miracle method. Ernie was the tech that did the job and he did an amazing job! He communicated every step of the way, was on time was very clean and my tub looks like brand new, it actually looks better than it did when I first bought it! If you need any resurfacing done I would highly recommend calling miracle method! I will be referring all my friends to them! Thank you Ernie and miracle method read more

My 33 year old tub was in great need of a refresh. Thank you Miracle Method for making it shine again!

The entire process with the Miracle Method's team was a positive experience. We are getting ready to sell our house & wanted to give the bathroom a face lift. This technique doesn't require any demo & saves time & $$. We saw Miracle Method at the Home & Garden Show & decided to give it a try. Garret gave us the info at the show & also did the estimate. He was personable & informative. Kyle worked on the project for 3 days & did a quality job. Just like Garret, Kyle was personable & explained everything he was doing. I don't like to have strangers in my home but Kyle reminds me of one of my son's friends & I had no hesitations about him. The smell wasn't as bad as I thought it would be because they use a vent system that goes out the window. We are elated with the finished result & highly recommend this product & team. read more

I LOVE MY NEW TUB! We purchased a home in 2016 and the old bathtub was chipped and scratched. I upgraded the sink, cabinet, lighting and painted. But I did not know what to do for my tub. Due to the tile, I did not want to replace it. My brother-in-law who is a former contractor, recommended Miracle Method to me. It is like I have a whole new tub! The young man who did the work was very nice and professional. It all was very simple. It has been almost a year and the tub looks fantastic! Thank you Miracle Method! read more

They were very professional and came up with a reasonable estimate. The technician,,Jerry came out on time to start the job which included a 40 year old shower and tub. Jerry worked relentlessly and always kept me informed on what was happening. I could not have found a better technician to do the job. Everything I expected and more, Miracle Method is the best hands down. read more

We looked at Granite; but our budget did not allow it. We then found Miracle Method, talked to their agent and visited their showroom, and hired them to redo our kitchen counters. When they were finished we were just as happy with the great job they did as we would have been with Granite. Plus, our budget was even happier. Don't do a remodel project without getting an estimate from Miracle Method. You'll be happy you did. read more

We had a sales call saying Miracle Method would be the ideal solution to covering the persistent stains of our original white, double base sink from 1950. The process was not explained as thoroughly as it should have been, nor the expectation, so we were thrown off when they had to tent our kitchen and make it off use for 2 days. When it was explained that the only way we could clean it was using Turtle Wax to shine and another recommended product, in addition to drying it after every use, we thought 'what?' This should be part of the sales presentation. The sink has chipped after 2 years, the proxy around the drain is lifting, and when this started happening I reached out and there was no response. We recently contacted someone to possibly save our original tile to put in a new sink.  They are familiar with this 'method' and informed us that Miracle Method uses 'car paint' to spruce up your sinks and bathtubs.  Which, now, the Turtle Wax recommendation makes a lot of sense. Wasted money and time!!!! Useful Funny Cool read more

I had them resurfacing my bath tub and tiles. the first technician was inexperienced and did a bad job. They then sent a second technician who did a good job. Two years later I observed some chipping of the resurfacing material on some spots of the grout between tiles (only at some corners) and a roughness of the bath tub on inside curved surface. the company sent immediately a crew with a very able technician, John, who offered to either locally repair or do a complete resurfacing job. I opted for the first because the damage was small with the explicit promise that if the chipping reappears they will come back for a complete job. All these are for free within the guarantee period. I like the way they treat customers and I would have given them a 5 stars had I not been for the first unfortunate bad job. If the repairs work, I will come back with a 5 stars rating. read more

We were extremely please with the work Jason did for us- This was our 4th of 5th time using Miracle Method and Jason did the best work ever!! We would totally recommend him! read more

Miracle Method refinished our shower tile and shower pan, now it looks brand new. After researching on our bathroom improvement, my hubby found Miracle Method so I called to schedule an estimate. Victor stopped by and was very thorough, he was very helpful and explained everything in detail as well as what he recommended when I wasnt sure which color I wanted for the bathroom floor tiles. I decided to schedule and they were great with working with us on an appointment. They were able to complete the work in 2 days and cleaned up their work area both days they were there. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for our next kitchen and tile project. read more

This company is awesome. From start to end it took only eight days. From the first day the salesman came to my door until the time the installer left my home. I made the mistake of trying Bath Fitter first before Miracle Method. In three months I got told lies by Bath Fitters. Bath Fitters used stall tactics, phone calls were ignored, and procedure was not followed.Three months went by and no grab bars from Bath Fitters. Eight days with Miracle Method and I am as happy as can be. The installer did a great job. He explained the process, showed me what parts being used and cleaned up his mess rather well. I am impressed with this company. Bath Fitters need their license revoked. Miracle Method is the way to go....... Awesome job, awesome company. 10 Stars Miracle Method................. P.S. It took three bath fitter employees to come out and 3 hours of doing nothing just to discover they couldn't do the job due to the incompetence of their co-workers at the office. It took Miracle Method one person beginning to end 2 hours to install the grab bars and clean up and leave.... doing a fantastic job. Any questions ? read more

Had to get my sink and tub repaired because of a crappy refinishing job done by Serge at ReNew Refinishing. Looked worse in 4 months then it did before Serge worked on it. And Serge worked to repair his jobs too. Miracle Method had my estimate in 24 hours by sending pictures to them. Then only 4 days for them to arrive to do the job. Miracle method is definitely the way to go. It cost a little more but the surface is shinny and smooth. Their method allowed me to use my sink quicker and the surface does not attract and hold dirt like the other system. If you want a good job it s worth the extra bucks read more

Very quick to respond. I called on Monday morning and they sent someone immediately on the same day for an estimate. The next day, they came to do a bathtub cutout. Finish within 3 hours. He left no mess and the job was perfect. I highly recommend this company. read more

First, the bathtub looks great. I appreciate that I was not charged extra for a tub that had been previously resurfaced because it was done by Miracle Method the first time as well. That finish lasted 15 years and never chipped or peeled, just lost some of it's luster. Now the tub looks new again. The service person was prompt, courteous, respectful to my home and very professional. Lots of attention to detail which was evident in the way he taped things off to get a perfect line and also to protect our home. The persons answering the phones were courteous and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Just LOVE the newly refinished 49 year old kitchen sink! An outstanding job that makes me smile everytime I see it!

I arranged for some repair on my kitchen sink and bathtub. The repair person came out on time and was appropriately masked and very nice. However, a couple weeks after the repairs, they started pealing! I called the office and they sent out someone to remedy the peal. All fixed now and I can't even seem to find where they were! read more

We had Miracle MEthod redo one of our bathroom's shower stall and tub. The estimator who came out was polite and professional and very helpful in explaining everything. The price was fair, and WAY below any other options to redoing the shower and tub. They were in and out in two days. They were exceptionally careful with protecting the rest of the bathroom, and in venting any chemical smells during the work. Brandon, the installer, was very polite, and really knew his stuff. They called each day to let us know in advance when they would arrive. They left the bathroom spotless when they left. Seriously consider Miracle Method if you are looking to brighten and freshen your bathroom, without going through a rebuild. read more

The whole process was painless. Kyle came in and in 3 days transformed my old, tired bathroom into a gleaming showpiece. Professional, courteous, punctual... I can't say enough good things. Very pleased with the results. read more

They refinished our older tubs. They look great. But the regrouting/ cauking and getting rid of the old grout and light mold was less than stellar. When i called and booked services they said they are experts in both caulking and tub refinishing. Not the case. caulking part is a D- the worker was a A+. Tub refinishing a A- they should say they don't do grout. I am now worried the mold will grow under the sealant cause i see some shadows of mold under the sealant now. Ug. read more

Miracle Method came to my home and replaced my master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen bar area and the results are fantastic. Kristy in the showroom provided me with excellent customer service. David the estimator was very helpful with choosing the right colors for each of my rooms. Josh and Jerry did an outstanding job. They are true professionals and very hard working with excellent attention to detail. The whole Miracle Method Team are super stars. These guys are booked usually months out and now I know why. When you do good work, everyone wants you. I sent these guys out to repair a crack with my clients bathtub and they got it done right. Jose was great. A true professional and always in time. He worked well with other contractors and was easy to get along with. He was informative and helped educate me on the process. Totally unreliable. Airheads. Called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment was told to send pictures. Sent pictures waited one week. Called back was told they never got pictures so we recent pictures waited, they receive pictures this time. A week later get another phone call can't tell from pictures said they would send a person out to give us estimate. Set up an appointment for 11:00 a.m. this morning called back at 8 o'clock this morning to confirm appointment no appointment was on the books totally UN reliable. Would give 0 stars but I guess you have to put something. Otherwise fig fat zero stars. read more

We had a shower pan reglazed in 2018, it looks like new. Also had a separate tub done, that was in terrible condition due to use of abrasive cleaners by the previous owners. Due to the shape of the bathroom, it would have been very awkward to get in a new tub without cutting open the whole wall behind the tub. Since the tiles were in great condition we wanted to save it, so we went with reglazing the tub. The tech did an excellent job on the coating. There was one minor "drip" in the glaze, that he buffed out perfectly. The techs were skilled and very polite. We realize that the glaze requires a bit more caution to care for, but we are confident we will get 5-10 more years out of it before needing to overhaul the bathroom. read more

Miracle Method clearly takes pride in not only being professional but executing exceptional work product. Service technician Bill came to my home on March 19th 2014 and greeted me enthusiastically and was ready to get right to work. I lead him into my kitchen where my main sink is - my brand new house came with two chips in the porcelain sink. Bill looked over area and voila... no problem. Said and quot;can be fixed and you will not notice a there the fix is other than the memory of where this chip was.and quot; He was right. You can't tell. It's like magic! Where did it go? :) Bill took time to explain to me the do's and don'ts with porcelain. He urged me to never ever use abrasives and that once you rub off that "shine" You can't get it back. He took more time to guide me to products that are the lest or not damaging to my kitchen and bath fixtures. Also, the price was more than fair. I have entered their data permanently into my address book. This is one company I will cheerfully praise and quot;word of mouthand quot; and do business with again. OUTSTANDING JOB, BILL! THANK YOU!!!! read more

I recently had them come out and do my two upstairs bathrooms. Wow - what a difference. I had fiberglass tubs and then shower surrounds that never seemed to look real clean because of old fiberglass.Erik came in and did both bathrooms and they just look lovely. Sparkling white and look brand new. Erik was very professional and took great care to cover up all my new carpeting and flooring that I had just had installed. So glad I had this done. Miracle Method did a great job.My sincere thanks. It is nice when a job turns out even better than you had envisioned. read more

My old bathroom tile looks sparkling clean and new! My technician, Elias, was great as he was courteous and very meticulous. He did a very thorough job masking, sanding down, painting and clear coating the shower and counter tile. The only downside to this process is that the chemicals smell very strong and they have to be vented to outside of the house, which is also very loud. I recommend you take this into consideration for anyone in the house, and your close neighbors. I give 5 stars for the job Elias did. read more

If I could rate Miracle Method with a zero, I would. Run don't walk from this company. Their "miracle" doesn't last long, as it chips and is easily damaged with nicks, etc., over a year or less. Corporate will only tell you that they aren't responsible for what the franchise companies do and will hang up on you! We had our kitchen double sinks and counter tops refinished by this company out of Sacramento. Within the first year (only one-year warranty for a reason?), I sent "Kelly" photos of the staining that became visible on one sink, as well as how the material they use pulled away from the sink drain areas. She sent their employee out to respray the sinks while informing me that the warranty would not extend beyond the original one, thus within months it would no longer be under warranty. Now it's a total mess, with both sink drains lacking a finished sink around them, as the material has pulled away and cracked at the drain site. They had originally left a couple tablespoons of a yellow polishing cream, what was almost empty in an unmarked plastic container, which cleaned the sinks without abrasion, but that's gone--and they wouldn't reveal the product name of that product for me to purchase. Instead, they referred to another white liquid cream, Strata Ultra Cutting Cream, used to polish out scratches from cars. It's not the same color nor was it in liquid form. Corporate was rude and informed me, basically, that they aren't concerned nor responsible for what their franchise companies do! Don't expect this to last once sprayed on to your home sinks, counter tops and bathtubs. It may look nice in the beginning, but It is horrible and certainly not worth the "savings" you think you might benefit from by using them! read more

I really think you should take a look at your pricing. Your tub strip & refinish quote was $300 higher than private company licensed tradesmen located in downtown Sac who have been doing great work for 20 years or more. I didn't appreciate the attempted $500 up-sell to refinish my subway tile shower surround as well either. It clearly didn't need it as evident in the photos provided to you. The tech consulted by your phone admin was "concerned that your product/process on the tub might cause damage where it would meet the subway tile." It's called grout. The two competitive quotes from ADX and Affordable said no problem after looking at the same photos. ADX won the job and finished product is outstanding. I recommend people shop around if they get a quote from Miracle Method. read more

I contracted Miracle to surface/refinish our master bathroom dual counter tops, large walk-in shower tile walls and shower floor and large bath tub tile surrounds. Their estimator Mike and their technician Ray met all our expectations and were punctual, professional, and delivered a high quality product with skill. We were truly amazed at the final results...the project was completed in 4 days totaling 24 hours of work. Miracle Method was higher than other vendor estimates but we knew based on work done at a former home that they are all about quality, customer service, and doing the job right the first time. We would highly recommend Miracle Method. Their work has a 5 year warranty and I expect the finish to last way beyond but for now I've rated them at 4 stars which I will upgrade to 5 stars over time when warranted. read more

We hired Miracle Method to refinish a small surface of rust on a tub in our rental house. They requested pictures of the spot which we sent to them ahead of time. In the pictures it was clear that the area was rusted through. They told us that they could fix it and set an appointment for two weeks which was the earliest that they had. When the repairman arrived he took one look and announced that he could not, in fact, fix it. We had an appointment to put the house on the market which has now been delayed until we can have the tub replaced. Apparently they didn't take the time to actually look at the pictures they requested. read more

We have been in the process of finishing our remodel on our main bathroom, and the last piece to this was to get the tub refinished. My husband told me about Miracle Method as he had seen their work before on other remodel jobs. They sent a very nice young man (Garrett) to my house last week, and he did a stellar job bringing my bathtub back to life/service. It is an old iron tub that went from being chipped and faded and now looks brand new. Garrett was professional, courteous, and cleaned up his tools/equipment very well. I would recommend their service to anybody wanting to freshen up the look of their bathroom tub. BTW... The resurfacing only ran $475, and that is a lot better than having to replace that iron monster. read more

We cannot believe how beautiful our bathroom turned out after refinishing the tile, sink and tub. Our horrid 1960s pink tile is now a sleek and modern looking faux granite, and our sink and tub look brand new. They have lots of choices for faux stone colors. Staff were all professional, prompt and took huge effort to do an outstanding job. My only concern was that the house would have a chemical smell after the work was done, but it has not. We highly recommend this company for a cost effective quick fix. read more
