A co-worker recommended this place over lunch one day and I decided to check it out after finishing up at Grimaldi's a few steps away. It was Black Friday where the mall was infiltrated with everyone in town and it was my first time in so I just grabbed a seat amongst the crowded waiting room. Be sure to sign in at the desk to secure your spot in line! They were completely short-staffed with only one woman working. I ended up getting distracted by my work emails, which killed all the time I had sitting there- which was about an hour. On any other day, I'd easily walk out after 20mins, but i wanted to give this place a shot since I was already in the area. Im glad I stuck around as the woman holding down the fort was super kind and apologized for the long wait time. She did a fine job on cleaning my eyebrows which was worth the trip! Let's just hope it's not this ridiculously packed and that they're fully staffed next time around. read more

Very disappointed. My eyebrows are the one thing on my face I have going for me, dark, thick and shaped. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded for years and I've never had an experience like this. They look like they've been buzz cut. They're thin, my arch is near gone, and she took all the length out of them. They're so short they're patchy in places missing so much hair. I may have shed a few tears on the way to the car. It also takes the woman 10+ minutes for each customer. I felt her taking a lot of hair but didn't think I'd lose half my eyebrow. I've been going to Miracle Eyebrows for about a year now and this past weekend was a horrible experience. I asked if the older lady in the first chair was available anytime soon and they said she quit. She was the best one. I put faith into someone I didn't know and shouldn't have. I asked for my eyebrows, lip, and chin. At the end I asked if I was bleeding because she was so heavy handed and lady laughed. The picture is the next day. I will never go again. read more

No complaints! My eyebrows kept their full shape and were cleaned up perfectly. The pricing was great and the wait was average. It was only one woman working so I understood why the hold up. Advice to management: Have 2+ people on staff. At least one for reception and one to work on brows. read more

I've been here a few times and they always do a good job. Both ladies who work there take their time. I came yesterday and had the younger one and she made them a little thin. However my brows hadn't been done in two months and needed some help and are even and almost the same shape (my brows both grow in different, no symmetry on my face lol). They are friendly ladies and I was lucky to come in with no wait this time. I'd highly recommend not coming on a weekend afternoon unless you plan to wait a long time. This was the only threading eyebrow place I could find in the area. There needs to be more in this city. When I went in there were only 2 ladies working and 6 people waiting to get their brows done. After the one lady finished her Customer she left and the other lady was working by herself. And there were customers still coming in! Wow! Hiva (spelling?) did my brows and they look amazing! I came in with a mess. My brows had been waxed and were completely uneven. I tried to let them grow out so they ended up looking sparse in some places and just messy. They just looked terrible and I wasn't sure they would be able to be salvaged. However, I stopped by miracle brows and after a (painful) threading session, my brows look BEAUTIFUL! I'm so happy how they turned out!! My eyes look bigger and the brows are actually even again! Wahoo! I definitely recommend seeing Hiva. I hope I am spelling her name correctly. All this being said, be sure to allow time for the threading. Some women showed up about ten minutes before close (while my brows were being threaded) and Hiva told them she could not take anymore clients. (I got there an hour before close but there were a couple people in front of me.) The women were very entitled and rude. They were in disbelief that she turned them away and made a comment about working for tips. I personally thought they were classless and unappreciative. Threading is an art and I am glad that Hiva had the decency to spend quality time working on my brows, instead of rushing through clients just to get tips. *Quality over quantity. Also, I am certain that the employees at miracle brow have a life outside of work and probably want to get off on time. AND it was pretty rude of these older women to interrupt my threading session. If you want your brows done, don't show up ten minutes before closing time. Anyway, I say this so my fellow yelpers know that this isn't a five minute ordeal. Plan for it and allow time. Not as quick as waxing but totally worth it!!!! read more

Stay away unless you like thin brows! I asked for my brows to just be cleaned up around the edges and she totally butchered it. Now I have to wait for them to grow out (hopefully they will). I will never go back. I thought it would be convenient since I was at the mall but nope, never again, live and learn! I had the worst eyebrows threading experience today. I explained the lady I wanted the extra hair around my eyebrows to be threaded. She was so arrogant that when I told her to pluck from underneath the eye brow she started saying that if I want this that's called shaping of eyebrows not plucking out extras in a very rude tone. I don't understand why these businesses don't train there employees that how they have to speak or there is a term called customer service. She ruined my eyebrows. I have been doing my eyebrows here for 3 years I actually go every single week and the only person who does a outstanding job is Raquiia she is absolutely phenomenal out of anyone that works there she is the only one who I allow to thread my eyebrows and every single time that I am on the streets the amount of compliments that I received from everyone is crazy with oh my god your eyebrows look amazing I suggest anyone to truly give it a shot make an appointment so you don't have to wait. Very quick-ostly painfree. I had never had my lip or chin threseded and the hair is very coarse. It was painful fun the lady who worked with me was so kind and patient-letting me take breaks when I needed them. She did a great job on everything. This salon is 45 minutes from my home but I will do the drive -it's worth it. read more

If I could I would give it zero starts! Worst experience ever!!!!! Got my eyebrows done by a "new employee" who completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows!!!!! Someone else "fixed" them - they still look very uneven. I came across this place by surprise while shopping at the Westshore Mall and was serviced by a very sweet woman named Raqiya. I put my name on the list and left because the line was long but when I came back she was right there and so friendly. She shaped my eyebrows and gave me advice on how to keep them that way. I never write reviews. But I am so upset after leaving this place, and I needed to vent! This is the 2nd time I've been to this location on a Thursday. It's the same girl I had last time, I don't know her name. I have very thick eyebrows and she made them very thin last time(2weeks ago). Though they were thin I really liked the shape so I didn't complain. I tried to let my eyebrows grow back in as much as possible so she'd have something to work with. Which btw was very hard to do because they looked horrible growing back in. Went back today(Thursday) and I specifically told her "please don't make them too thin" she responded "of course". 2mins later I'm sitting the chair with my eyes watering as she hacked off all my eyebrows AGAIN! This time she made them even smaller. I don't think I've ever seen my eyebrows this thin before .. I look like an alien! :( It's safe to say I will not be visiting that location on a Thursday again. I know my eyebrows will grow back but I'm really disappointed. I had found a really great lady on Thursdays before they moved this shop to the other side of the mall.
