I was willing to give her another chance, but unfortunately for my next appointment I had to do a last minute cancellation due to last minute change in my work schedule. They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. That's obviously a lot of what's going on here....

This is not the place to go if you want professional service, especially before important events like homecoming. We now have an appointment at another salon to have them removed and redone -- which means more money and more wasted time. Save yourself the stress, money, and embarrassment -- go somewhere that values both their craft and their clients.
