After four years of excellent service from Gateway with Oticon hearing aids, I decided to purchase a new set of high-end Signia hearing aids a month ago. Holly did a great job explaining the advanced features of my new hearing aids, did a great job of customizing them up for my hearing loss needs, and gave me a free trial period which quickly convinced me to purchase them. I have been amazed at how much they have improved my hearing! The greatest improvement is in the way they seem to automatically respond to ambient conditions, from quiet listening, to noisy restaurant environments. I can hear people abound me with vastly improved fidelity, without needing to fiddle with settings manually! They easily inductively recharge in a convenient stand each night, and no batteries are required. As an extra, I purchased the blue-tooth connect feature which allows me to have a much clearer listening experience to TV, while being able to listen to a program privately without disturbing others in the room.

The purchase came with 75 days return with 3 follow-up visits to get the hearing aids working just right. The hearing aids I purchased where vast improvements over those that I had tried before. The connectivity with the Bluetooth iPhone and car was complex but Margo had all the answers with every visit. See listened to all the concerns and had and answer to everything. When she didn't have the answer she was on the phone with the manufacturer and had the solution within minutes. Super smart and very personable. Scott at the front desk was an advocate for insurance and went out of his way to make sure you were please with your product or your money back.     Was the absolute worse experience I have ever had in my life! As someone with diagnosed hearing…read moreloss and Meniers I was appalled at him and his office! Waited over 30 minutes with them holding control of my ID and my Insurance card until I left. Was talked down to by EVERYONE! The Audiologist was beyond rude her facial expressions were that I was a bother to her. She was very forceful during the hearing test telling my my earring were in the way and yanking on my earrings and my ear. Even so far as to push on my earring and getting the equipment tangled into my earrings (I have no clue how she did it) my ears continued to hurt badly for over an hour after being manhandled by her. Nothing was explained clearly or well! After her rude hearing test where she actually accused me of pretending not to hear what she said to me, she was rather rude and forceful with removing me from the room. I was lead to the exam room and it was changed 2 times, while I understand that it was the manner in which it was done, I was accused of not listening to directions when the lady who led me there pointed to the room. Once I got to meet with the doctor I felt cold and off put right away. He was rude, and was pushing to get the appointment done fast. He didn't answer any questions and when I asked him to repeat himself every time he huffed as if it was a pain and would yell, not helping that I couldn't understand him clearly. He also mocked previous diagnosis putting them in air-quotes telling me I was seeking attention. While I get the requirements for COVID, this office deals with hearing loss I expected some form of accommodation no sign language was used and multiple levels of masks none with clear mouths so the individuals were muffled and I couldn't lip read. I cannot say enough horrible things about this office and those in there. I was told to make a follow up appointment and instead I walked out and called my doctor telling them I will never go back. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
