Up until now his pediatrician had no solution. I'm hopeful that this surgery will improve his hearing and breathing. Dr. Andreozzi is knowledgeable and kind. He is very personable as well. First he took a hearing test, which he failed at miserably on the right ear. Then the doctor came in, visually looked into both his ears and said, "He has a lot of fluid in his right ear, and that a tube needed to be inserted into the right ear to drain the fluid, and he would need antibiotics. The first person I spoke with had an accent so thick it was difficult to communicate. The second person had dogs barking in the background. Rather frustrating. I'll be looking elsewhere. The call centers are becoming a very common, yet dissatisfying service and are not doing businesses any justice. What happened to calling an office and getting a real live person who is actually sitting at the desk to talk to? Customer service is crucial especially when dealing with medical needs.

While I get the requirements for COVID, this office deals with hearing loss I expected some form of accommodation no sign language was used and multiple levels of masks none with clear mouths so the individuals were muffled and I couldn't lip read.
