First I called Pedi, they saw no visual problem, and did no hearing test. I asked THEM, for a referral to an ear doctor- I got those company, and Dr. Jan Growbleski and my sons life changed. First he took a hearing test, which he failed at miserably on the right ear. Then the doctor came in, visually looked into both his ears and said, "He has a lot of fluid in his right ear, and that a tube needed to be inserted into the right ear to drain the fluid, and he would need antibiotics. The call centers are becoming a very common, yet dissatisfying service and are not doing businesses any justice. What happened to calling an office and getting a real live person who is actually sitting at the desk to talk to? Customer service is crucial especially when dealing with medical needs.
