I can participate at a higher level when I'm at in-person conferences in large conference rooms at work. Comfortable enough not to notice when I'm wearing them. I can customize features for different settings, including concerts, noisy restaurants, outdoors, etc. I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves and don't have to try to read lips. I don't have to ask that the TV sound be turned up or that the closed caption feature be engaged. I also moderate the sound level down on my car radio. Finally, the initial audiology appointment resulted in the instruments being appropriately and professionally customized to my needs. I am very satisfied with both the service and the product!

I am a nurse with some case management experience plus having a medically complicated son makes me extremely adept in insurance matters. I called Blue Cross and now they are dealing with these people directly. I'm sure we're not the first to be fraudulently billed. I think they do this hoping people are unaware and end up paying something they're not responsible for. update: i called them myself since they've been giving my insurance the run around. receptionist now tells me that the bill is not necessarily for me to pay but just a notification that our account is still open. i uploaded a pic of the bill that has a stamp at the bottom saying PLEASE SEND PAYMENT. what a joke. now she said she will verify and call me back. i bet if i had called to make a payment she would have gladly taken a credit card number to charge. will update review if and when she does call back. shady shady shady.

He proves that a doctor's visit doesn't need to be hours long to be thorough, thoughtful, detailed, effective, and--most importantly--to make you feel genuinely seen and heard. He is incredibly prompt and respectful of your time, while somehow never making the appointment feel rushed. He's kind, funny, caring, attentive, and has a way of immediately putting your mind at ease. I left feeling completely confident that my health is in very good hands. I'm newly postpartum, and he has been wonderful in helping me navigate the reins of this new chapter and come up with a plan for a truly healthy future so I can be my best self for my baby. I've never felt rushed, and he's always been thoughtful about ordering tests and following up when needed. I've seen some negative reviews about the office staff, but that hasn't been my experience at all. Anytime I've interacted with them, they've been kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I'm very grateful to have a PCP who is both knowledgeable and compassionate,it makes a huge difference when navigating ongoing medical issues
